I chose this property due to its central location in the South of Jakarta, where I had some business and for a short holiday. It is close to the MRT station, night food stalls, restaurants, and cafes, easy to get public transport, and is quite affordable. ||I arrived there and was greeted by one of the receptionists (a girl) before check-in time, and she informed me that the room would be ready by 2:00 pm. As it was almost lunchtime anyway, I told her it was ok, I was going out for lunch, but I needed to keep my luggage there, and she replied, not a problem. She also asked me to register first, which I did. ||After that, I went off to grab some lunch.||After I finished my lunch, it was already 2:30 pm, so I returned to the hotel to collect my room card. Then, I got the room card, collected my luggage from the reception area (they don't have luggage storage available, which is not good), took the elevator, and off to the room. Once I arrived in front of the room, by mistake I was entering a different room (which was quite strange because my room card could open another room). Not too long after I realized that I was entering the wrong room, I immediately got out of that room and went to my original room. I tapped on the card, opened the door, and put the room card into the card slot for electricity, and the first I inspected was the bathroom. From what I can see, it is quite clean, with basic amenities such as a toothbrush set, hair dryer, and two porcelain mugs.||Then, the bedroom itself is spacious enough for me, got the sofa, a working table, flat screen TV, a telephone, safety box (unfortunately there was no battery in it - which I didn't use anyway), a torn foldable luggage rack (I immediately inform the receptionist to send the engineering team to have it fixed), two pairs of slippers, coffee, and tea sachets, and a bottled of mineral water as their standard amenities. However, there was no mini fridge in the room. There is a window that cannot be opened, thus there is not enough natural light coming, and the inner lining of the wardrobe is peeling off (u will see it when you open the wardrobe door). The AC is good, but the TV receptions need to be added and fixed. ||The downside was only noises coming from the hallway and the road in front of the hotel, and there was a time when I got torn towels, torn wallpaper, no bathmat, and no slipper, which was not good. I mean, I have no problems but I don't know about other guests.||I stayed there for almost 2 weeks, and overall it was an enjoyable stay. All of the staff are friendly, despite some of them working there for less than a year. ||Nonetheless, this hotel is one of the choices of accommodation whenever I travel to Jakarta (South Jakarta...

Read more"Our first day at the hotel started off well. However, a few minutes later when we entered our room, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom walking on the closet. We were too shocked to take a video. I tried to find a phone in the room but there wasn't one, which was ridiculous for a hotel charging over 1 million rupiah.
After that, I went downstairs and reported to the front office, explaining what happened in our room and asked to change rooms. The response was just an apology and a statement that there was only one room left with the type we booked.
Shortly after, housekeeping arrived with insect spray. While they were checking, the cockroach reappeared, and the housekeeper just said, "This is the first time; we've never had complaints about cockroaches before." I asked if we could switch rooms because the cockroach might come back and enter the bedroom area. The answer was the same – no rooms of the same type were available. I asked the housekeeper to leave the insect spray, but it was refused due to being "out of stock." Very disappointing. Although they came back with something in a white bottle and left it on the toilet.
The problem wasn't solved; there were many mosquitoes in the room, which disturbed our rest. When we tried to connect to WiFi, it wouldn't work; it kept disconnecting. The experience was terrible. At the restaurant during breakfast, there were many flies and fruit flies flying around, which felt disgusting.
I think the management needs to do some treatment in the room areas and restaurant so that guests can feel comfortable without being bothered by insects. I hope my feedback is well-received, and there will be improvements for the hotel in...
