Nanny's Pavillon Central Park — Restaurant in Jakarta

I dont know what is wrong with this nannys pavillon central park (which has terrace concept)

It has worst situation, comfiness, taste, quality and service with others nannys pavillon(compared the good jogja city mall and the best tunjungan plaza)

First, the interior is bad and already broken, staff locker in front of seating area? Too bad

Second, the queue is so long and table is not good condition

Third, many mosquito inside nannys(three bite on the foot)

Fourth,service is suck. I tell three times to staff for plate, and no one give me. I initiated for self service to pick up

Fifth, pancake taste is good, but pasta taste is bland and the pasta is hard and dry.

Sixth, i buy traveloka promo and tokopedia promo, i already confirmed first to the staff that i have 3 vouchers and the staff confirm that i can use them together. At cashier, they said payment cant be combined

This is the worst nannys pavillon.

Tunjungan plaza nannys pavillon served me the best food, best comfiness place and best service from staff. Why it is so different here?...

Overall a disappointing experience. Service was slow, somehow understandable since it was lunchtime. But the time it took for dishes to arrive were too long. My wife's salmon baked rice arrived a full 20 minutes before my dish and she was nearly finished when mine arrived.

So these are the dishes that we ordered this afternoon:

Steak spaghetti (3/5) The spaghetti was good. But sadly it arrived too long when I was already starving. And the steak, which I ordered medium rare, arrived nearly well done, which made it taste like horse's saddle.

Salmon baked rice (2/5) Both baked rice and salmon were underseasoned (read: tasteless)

Fish n sambal (1/5) Sooooooooo salty (and no, the fish is not salted fish)

I conveyed our complaints and sadly was only replied with an apology. I guess its more out of politeness of the waiter since they don't seem to know what to do either.

Anyway, definitely not...
