(2025/08/10) This is a new spot they moved from Taman Mall Anggrek, now inside Central Park Mall under the LG Floor.
Access is really far back from the LG escalator I took near Zenbu, to the left almost 300 meters, I'm having no trouble walking even around the whole complex but I can feel some people may struggle to find it.
I came during rush hour of Saturday Night dinner, but it wasn't that long of a waiting list, around 6 tables and 15 minutes ish of waiting so not that bad. Due note payment is cashless only.
Serving is rapid, around 3 minutes of wait and the ramen is served in front of you steaming hot with their inviting lemon squeeze, my Oyakodo had to wait for another 20 minutes though and it was told ahead of time since maybe they have to cook the rice first.
Broth is very rich, seems to have your usual chicken flavored strong taste in every Halal Ramen. Some condiments you can use in front of you is salt, pepper, and more chili powder. I got Ocha, their refill is easy just have to raise your hand and tell the waiter you want a refill of your ocha. Finally I ordered very juicy and tasty spicy fried gyoza, which even I think in its hottest form is still mild, you wouldn't be be struggling with this one, I can only recognize they also have shoyu dip but can't recognize the other one.
Overall a solid experience, would come again and it took #1 ramen spot in my book. Pricing was around 75k all around just for ramen only, with drinks plus tax it's...
Read moreFood was excellent, as always. Here’s my two cents: there should be a better SOP for arranging new visitors at the restaurant. I noticed that the tables are labeled for different capacities (2, 4, or even 6 seats). However, couples are sometimes seated at a 6-person table with a single table number, which forces larger groups to wait until the smaller party finishes their meal.
I suggested to the manager that our group of four be seated next to a couple at a 6-person table. Unfortunately, his response was rather assumptive: “We cannot do that since it will disturb their comfort. You know Indonesian culture; we do not like to be disturbed when eating.” Yes, people generally dislike being disturbed while eating, but… Guests at a crowded restaurant with shared-table arrangements (like a 6-person table partially filled) should already expect to share their space.
My suggestions: Establish an SOP requiring that long tables (4–6 seats) be filled by groups of at least 3–5 people. If a group of 2–3 is seated at a 6-person table, they should be willing to share the table with another small group.
Above all, the food remains...
Read moretrying this place since it's recommended by a friend as the best halal ramen in town. I tried their Ekstrim Ramen. The broth itself was creamy, but on the lighter side. It was refreshing if u also use the lemon served and the togarashi. The broth reminded me of singaporean laksa with its hint of shrimp. Somehow it feels oily in my mouth, oil like literal vegetable oil. The chicken tasted okay, not bland nor flavorful, not that dry, quite juicy when you get the thighs. Only problem was the portion, since i only got 2-3 small pieces of chicken, but hey maybe that's the standard here. Spinach in a ramen was kinda new for me, but ok. Their mi tipis is actually quite big, springy, just at the right consistency 👌🏻. While the broth didnt cling to the noods, it was fortunately very comforting, warm to the belly, and i think i could finish the noods by itself.
Overall it was good ramen, but i dont think it deserved "the best halal ramen", since for the same price range i could get more flavorful broth with more toppings in places like say Ichisan ramen, which isnt as...
