Ramurasa & Ramuasap — Restaurant in Jakarta

I don’t usually venture around Kemang, but I had a meeting in the area and arrived early, so I decided to work remotely nearby. That’s how I stumbled upon this café.

They have spacious parking and a homey ambience, but what surprised me the most was the massive extra space with a backyard complete with a fish and turtle pond. It’s such a peaceful spot!

Sadly, there were only three guests during my visit, and eventually, it was just me for several hours. But I’m glad I stayed because the food was unexpectedly great! I ordered coffee and snacks, and they exceeded my expectations. • Ramu Coffee: 5⭐️ • Quesadilla Rendang: 4⭐ • Jamur Crispy: 2⭐ • Beef Tortilla Pizza: 5⭐

The ambience, clean restrooms, and warm service truly won my heart. This place is perfect for WFC or team collaborations.

I went here just now, with the sign indicate that restaurant is open and ready to take orders, not to mention there are already some table fulfilled with guests. But, just when the waiter finished taking my order, he went back to me and ask whether or not im ordering for breakfast, SINCE THE KITCHEN IS BUSY. And they cant accept my order, or if i want to then i have to wait 1 hour at the soonest. He didnt apologize whatsoever, let alone offer whether i can order whatever meals or beverage that available. Poor poor services. I dont know or not even sure that the other tables inside getting the same services as i am, or can it be my order is not as worthy as their order? Where am i? A place that even for taking a food order must differentiate people? Even as i walk out the restaurant, there were 3 waiter just standing there and all silent. Will not come...

Food was brillant but unfortunately service was shocking and i am very disapoinent with service. I had to wait 15 mins before getting menu 4 staff members and only 3 tables 1 of 2 and 2 of 1. 12.00 so it lunch time but not busy at all so there no reason for poor service. No one check up on my tablet. My glasses is empty for 30 mins and i had wait over 30 mins for ice cream after my plate dishes. There so much more i can list here. Unformantly i wont be returing and this is second virst....
