Rempah Bistro Mall Kelapa Gading — Restaurant in Jakarta

Ate here yesterday night. I've been having dinner at this outlet several times and NEVER thought would be THIS disappointed. First several minutes after we placed our order, a waitress came with es campur which we didn't order. We showed our order and bill from our phone, turns out 2 table's QR code got switched. Well at that time we thought it was human error and things happened. But eventually things got a lot worse from here 😀 Ordered ketoprak with written request no tofu, lontong, and kerupuk. Around 15 minutes after, food came and guess what was taken out? Nothing 🙂. Every single thing I was requested to be taken out LITERALLY is in my plate. Sebelum pesan, sudah konfirmasi ke pelayan apakah bisa request tidak menggunakan beberapa bahan dan katanya BISA. Kalau tidak bisa mohon untuk TIDAK MENYANGGUPI request customer. Another thing, we ordered 2 gado-gado through the QR code and waited for almost 45 minutes but the food never came :))). We asked the waitress about it AND GUESSED WHAT THEY SAID among themselves "emang ada gado-gado ya? Siapa yang input?" We were baffled upon hearing those words. Surprise surprise, that menu is sold out and NO ONE SAID A THING to our table. CAPEK dengan kata MAAF. Baru tau bayar service charge disini ternyata untuk biaya permohonan maaf. At 9 P.M. sharp, the staffs were busy plucking all of the fake plants and grass God knows for what. What a sight we saw, really. Good luck for another customer who wants to have a meal here. Dined here last night for my birthday dinner and iftar. I expected the food and service to be good as the last time i dine here. Last night’s food was cold, the chicken with mango sauce is so dry and tough, nasi kendil was not “pulen” and rather dry and bland. Satay buntel was not edible! Very tough and burnt all over. Charcoal was not even lit by the time we eat on maghrib which means the food has laid there for more than an hour. My daughter was so hungry at the time, i asked for plain white rice for her and had to wait more than 15 minutes! Asked to more than 3 waiters and all were ignoring our requests. I noticed all the waiters had to remember our orders rather than write everything down. I can understand that the restaurant is busy but its unacceptable to have so many staff running around bringing nothing but empty trays. Clearly the staff are not well trained to serve during peak hour. The guy who seem to be the one in charge on floor was also keep forgetting or simply ignored my orders. location at mkg 1 front of farmer market entrance. service kinda slow and waiters/ess lack of attention to the customer. food timing is their 2nd problem. i did order chicken wing dish for entree and it pop like 20 mins after finish my main. 3rd problem the table is shakey. so its kinda turn off. those are 3 problems i find when i dine in. the positive side i can tell, food taste are delicious and the pricing definitely make sense. will come back again when i...
