Why you will love it ❤ Whatever your choice of meat is, make sure you dip it in the spicy miso sauce. The spiciness and sweetness combined with the juicy and fatty meat is every carnivore's dream come true. If you like the gyu tongue, you can order the kintan buffet. Not a big fan of tongue in general, but a properly cooked tongue is good. This is one of those places. Get the kintan rice, it's generous in nori and flavours. Not your regular rice. Might surprise you. The service is really friendly, during my visit here, Toni explained about the Boga voucher discount very well and patiently. Great service friendlinesswise. Lots of small fruits which you can use to mix up in your customized drinks.
What could be improved 🙏 I usually go to Gandaria City for all my Kintan cravings, and I notice that the lunch meal seems a bit different... There were no potato wedges, (though fries were available), vegetable tempura, shrimp, squid and mango juice which I usually mix with plain soda. The service was friendly but I wish they could be more attentive. Perhaps because the restaurant is quite spacious, the waiter and waitresses were scattered. Sometimes it was difficult to get their attention. :') When we ordered the meat, took just a tad bit longer compared to other Kintan I've been to, hopefully that could be improved in the future.

Read morePelayanannya sangat lambat & sangat tdk ramah ! Tidak seperti di kintan shaburi cabang lainnya, di cabang senayan city ini sangat tdk recommended !
Daging pertama kali tersedia di meja customer bisa memakan waktu sampai 15-20mnt. Saya sdh 2x makan di kintan shaburi senayan city selalu begini. Apalagi kalo order via barcode, pernah nunggu sampai 30 mnt, pas ditanyakan alasannya orderan tdk masuk ke input computer (pdhl sdh saya liatin hp saya kalo orderan sdh terinput). Coba kalau saya tdk tanyakan , bisa2 habis waktu nunggu sampai 1 jam. Lalu tdk ada diberikan kompensasi ganti rugi waktu kpd customer yg telah dirugikan waktunya oleh pihak restoran (waktu tetap 90mnt).
Lalu td jg order garlic butter karubi 2 via barcode. Tp diberi nya 1 aja tanpa garlic butternya. Saat diprotes ke waitressnya, malah tdk percaya, sampai hrs diliatin orderan saya di hp (hrsnya kalo bawain orderan tuh biasanya waiters/waitress pd bawa kertas print berisi orderan customer tersebut dong ya, tp di sini kyk seolah2 ga tau). Setelah itu mukanya ttp datar sambil blg "oh", lalu pergi. Trus hrs nunggu lg 20mnt-an msh tdk dtg jg garlic butter & 1 garlic butter karubi yg kurang, akhirnya hrs beranjak lg dari kursi utk cari2 waitersnya (lagi2 jd rugi waktu !).
Waiters/waitress nya setiap dipanggil pasti pd pura2 tdk dengar, pdhl sdh ada kontak mata tp tiba2 langsung pd nunduk & balik badan. Setelah saya komplain & tegur, baru pelayanannya tiba2 jd sat set & ramah. Hrsnya restoran sebesar kintan shaburi, servicenya tdk sejelek warteg(warteg aja lbh sat set pelayanannya & lbh ramah).
Hrsnya jg tdk blh ada alasan restoran sdg ramai, krn jumlah customer kan selalu sama dgn jumlah kursi yg tersedia, jd hrsnya sdh dipertimbangkan dari lama & matang2 utk brp jumlah karyawan yg dibutuhkan agar kecepatan & keramahan pelayanannya konstan(saat ramai/sepi).
Serta tolong karyawannya diajarkan dasar2 bekerja dalam bidang jasa pelayanan 5S : senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun ! Jgn dgn sengaja menghindari panggilan customer (aplg sdh kontak mata tp tetap pura2 tdk dgr & tdk lihat). Sungguh mengecewakan aplg setelah liat bill, saya kena charge utk service (kalo servicenya baik sih gpp saya ikhlas bgt). Saya tau kalian capek krn sdg ramai customer (saya jg kerja di bidang pelayanan jasa), tp kalian sdh komitmen kerja di bidang pelayanan jasa, jd tolong profesional ! Jgn kyk ank sd, capek dikit langsung merajuk, pasang muka bad mood, & kabur ! Atau sbnrnya jgn2 pihak restoran sengaja ya training karyawannya seperti ini, agar pelayanannya sgt lambat & memakan waktu yg lama jd customer tdk sering2 order (?) Jd pihak restoran lbh cuan.. gitu ya (?)
Serta jika restoran blm siap melayani dgn memakai sistem computerized, lbh baik ditiadakan saja dulu sampai sistemnya benar2 siap ! hal ini sangat2 merugikan customer yg waktu makannya dibatasi hanya s/d 90mnt !

Read moreThe food all are ok, it’s a good value of money especially when you feel starving..I like the ambiance of the place too unfortunately I got a bad services from raihanah nur ahada, I was just asking very nicely about some menu that one of my member family ordered..it is very normal if I just want to make sure and double checked, I don’t even get the answer yet but she left already without giving me any clue Just please whether you like it or not, you guys have to served them as good as you can..well we paid for the service charge as well, which I hope you guys understand what is the meaning of service charge.. But over all, the food is good...
