This is my second time coming to this restaurant, but the first time coming to this branch.

First off, I was greeted by the hostesses where one of them did not wear mask and very unfriendly, asking my friend's mineral bottle to be left at their hostess table. Probably we can't bring outside food and drinks and that's okay. Although after that, the hostess who took the drink did not help us show us to the table but the other hostess (whom wore mask).

Proceed to ordering, had no problems. The food took a while to cook though, and while we were waiting for our food, the staffs are having (what I assume to be) staff briefing. I was wondering why they did not do this before they open the restaurant. Even after all my food was served, they were still "briefing" - what are they briefing that took 30 minutes? They seemed like they were just chatting away. Oh, and the staff who were briefing was like almost 15-20 people? But when more customers are coming in, there were only 5 waiters left at sight. Where did the others go? We had quite a hard time calling the waiters to be honest.

About the food, I ordered: Tondini Al Tarfuto - Ravioli with cream truffle sauce. I love this! The portion is quite big too so it's very filling. Aglio e Olio E Peperoncino - Your usual aglio olio but with more herbs and not spicy (probably I am too used to Indonesia's spicy Aglio Olio) but this one was too salty. Contadina Pizza - This is the best one out of three! I must say, their pizza is superb! The cheese, the bacon, everything is just perfect. Oh and the waiter told me that the owner won the best pizza in Las Vegas. Luigi pizza is very good too. If you like the smell of mozzarella combined with truffle oil, this is the one to go for.

Well to summarize my review, I would come back for the food but not for the service. Their service need a lot of improvements, and I hope the next time I come here the staff would be friendlier, helpful, and adhere to COVID-19 regulations about wearing masks. Especially in establishment such as restaurant, it'd be better for the staffs to continue wearing mask for hygiene purposes.

There are 4 people I noticed did not wear mask: One of the pizza maker cook (but thankfully wasn't making mine) The hostess The manager? I'm not so sure what his position was but he was hanging around the cashier and hostess table. The bartender.

Food is 4/5 Ambience is...

Came here at around 1.30PM and I'm on waitlist #3 so this place is quite packed.

We ordered one pizza and one pasta. The pizza we chose one of their signature, Contadina. Its basically pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushroom, pork bacon, truffle oil and dried chilli. The pizza came a little late like 30 mins or more. Its suuuper cheesy, with tons of mushroom, not a lot of pork bacon tho. But you can really taste the truffle, I mean, if you use truffle oil, theres no way you cant taste the truffle hahaha. Overall the crust is not too thick nor too thin. The cheese is overwhelming so the front of the pizza was quite wobbly but no complain.

Then for the pasta we ordered the ravioli del plin, which uses an Italian classic plin ravioli filled with minced pork in butter & rosemary sauce. Instead of the usual ravioli I'm used to served, this plin ravioli was smaller in size and more in quantity. It is buttery and tasty, very rich.. I personally would love it if the ravioli itself was thinner, cause the skin is quite thick and its making you full so fast.

I love the fact that they refill the welcome bread?? I mean, I didnt even ask and they refilled it. The welcome bread is actually one of my favs, believe it was a foccacia? Super light and airy, not dry or hard to chew as well.

At times it was very hot when they open the outdoor door and especially if you are seated near the kitchen area. But overall everyone is very accommodating and staffs are...

Very bad dinner experience in Spaghetto PIK.

BEWARE..especially those bringing kids..it was supposed to be a happy birthday dinner with family for my son..but was dissapointed there..anyway

There are 2 major incidents that happened

My kid and her cousin finished their dinner and was bored, so they sat at the empty table behind ours to play their phones but they are asked to move and they put the 'Reserve' sign claiming it was reserved..we still have good image after this incident thinking that someone really did reserve that table. But 1.5hour later when we left at almost 10pm, nobody came !

When we all finished eating - we tried the gelato and while we are trying some of the flavours, we are SHOUTED at by the chef from a few meters away !!! Claiming that our hair will fall into the ice cream tub ! Definitely shocked at being shouted at in a restaurant ! Our first time ever ! And the funny thing is, the server that served us didnt even wear a hair cap 🤣

Food is still ok..not fantastic but still eatable..

I thought we have bad luck on that day as they just opened but after reading the reviews..I guess not only us but many others have bad experience with this restaurant as well !

After we stated our opinions, the supervisor did apologize and that chef that SHOUTED at us didnt even apologize but only put a few sliced cakes in our table. Not...

Salad : caprese. Good amount of moza. Very refreshing. Good amount of basil Starters: fries of seafoods . Fritto misto Mix of shrimp. Calamari. Anchovies and kriuk2 serve over salad. With mayo. Not to bad. Quatro formaggi The dough is kindda thick, Not too crispy also not too chewy. Not a good dough for me. But the cheese is quite tasteful and creamy. Pappardelle in Bolognaise. 9 out 10. The best in the menu so far. Creamy white bolognaise with home made pasta ( this one is large sheets. Like the one used in lasagna) Spaghetti Marinara Good amount of seafood. The pasta is thicker than average local dry pasta. The aldente is just perfect. Ravioli del plin Small size cheese filled ravioli with rosemary and just butter. Quite interesting. The welcome bread is super disappointing. Dunno if its supposed to be foccacia or what but it texture is like sponge cake. The colour kindda grey. Maybe its supposed to be rye dough? The first impression is bad. I thought the dish would be bad. But surprisingly the pasta is high qualiy ingredient with proper cooking process. Just not a fan of the pizza dough. Will come back to try more of their pastas and primo. Service will need improvement. Its either the waitress is newbie or lack of attention. Semi indoor area available. The decor is top class. Keep improving .
