Overall the tastes are not disappointing, but it could be better if I received the Bao in warm condition.
I understand that they prepare the Bao’s filling on the spot when they got order from customer to make sure their customers get the best Bao, and customers can see their open kitchen. And it only normal for me to hope that i can get the Bao minimal in warm condition. It took them more than 30 minutes to prepare my order and other 2 customers’s orders, i counted around 11 Bao to make (i order 6 pcs, and the 2 customers order are 2 and 3 pcs each). And they wait until all the orders are all ready to hand to us in cold condition. In my opinion for dine in, if customer order more than your kitchen can handle at once, you should told the customer that they will get their order partially so that customer can enjoy the Bao while its warm.
I don’t know if its possible to do that. But having the Bao while its warm can elevate the taste.
Please brief your staffs to pay more attention in hygiene, wearing mask in the kitchen is mandatory. Because staffs tend to talk to each others while preparing foods, it can cause...
