Baekban by Mr. Park — Restaurant in Jakarta

Been curious about 백반 Baek Ban by Mr. Park since they have a new concept of Korean food, so me and my sis decided to give it a try. We ordered their Baek Ban B - 14 Side Dish. You guys need to pay for per person charge to enjoy this package. In this package, you gonna get main menus of Bassak Bulgogi (Korean style grilled minced beef), Sundubu Jjigae (soft tofu spicy soup), Tteokbokki (spicy Korean rice cakes), Tangsuyuk (fried chicken served with sweet and sour sauce), Japchae (Korean stir fried glass noodle with vegetables), Pajeon (savory pancake) and rice. You also gonna get banchan or side dishes that consist of Mu Sengchae (spicy radish salad), Korean Salad, Myeolchi (stir fried dried anchovies), Kimchi, Odeng (fish cake), Danmuji (pickled daikon) and Sangchu (lettuce salad). Overall, I really like their concept and taste wise, Baekban is pretty decent as well. Totally recommend Baekban for you guys whom like new concept of eating Korean food. Trying the first baekban restaurant in Jakarta. There are only 3 variation of menu differing in the meat option. I chose the b menu which include bulgogi, tangsuyuk, japchae, tteokboki, sundubu jigae and other side dishes (banchan). The side dishes is were pretty good. The kimchi was fresh and spicy, the fish cake and radishes were nice. For the main dishes, japchae, tteokboki, and sundubu jigae were good but nothing to take note of. The bulgogi was really good and definitely the hero of the meal. Sadly comfort was an issue in this place as all the seating uses chair commonly seen at the pool (photo attached). Finally, I have the chance to dine in to this restaurant. As a fan of Korean dish, I find this place really good. What really strikes me are the side dishes. All are tasty and one of the best kimchi I tasted to add on that all side dishes are presented well. I tried all the pork bbq, bo issues on the taste and smell but the samgyeopsal texture needs to be more tender. Price is reasonable and the service is awesome. I Will definitely go back and dine to...
