Starbucks Reserve - Puri Indah Mall — Restaurant in Jakarta

This is my regular place to chill, to enjoy coffee and tea, to meet people and basically my best stop by in puri area. But it’s just frustrated to see the sitting row next to window where they do not have any power plug at all. I have actually proposed this to the manager or person in charge as well as sending an email. However, after years, still no changes and nothing to get done. Yes, they provide more table and chair now, but i think Starbucks is always the best place to enjoy along with your gadgets. Please and please provide more power plug and believe me, your store will be the most amazing starbucks store in west...

Been carving for those nitro cold brew; and they served it great! Ordered extra scoop which added sweetness and perfection for the coffee. Cost 55K IDR (before service tax and ice cream). All staffs are very welcoming, kind and good with their attitude, ask politely and patiently wait for customer to finish their stuff around then cleaned pretty quick. I claimed a short frapuccino with extra shot. Came to find out they charge me for the extra shot, and I said Starbucks America does not charge extra for this. She quickly said,"it is different."

I wish Starbucks headquarters acknowledges this. Many Americans don't buy Starbucks in Indonesia because customer is no longer the focus of business.
