They said the restaurant since 1965 in Penang and open now in Jakarta Indonesia.
Without MSIG. So they serve the condiment in the table : chopped green chilies and garlic, also soy sauce to bring out the taste everytime you eat in the restaurant and also for take away
Just recently, I just back to indonesia for abroad trip. So i miss uncle james food (owner of the superfood bahkut teh) and I ordered by whats app 3 menu for dinner at home.
When i open the packaging, not a single chopped chilies/garlic/soy sauce inside. When I chat the admin, they only said, sorry those condiments only for soup.
What an answer. And they said its company rules.
Very disappointed and rude service from the restaurant.

I think the restaurant pay too much to the employees in the small restaurant thus reducing their service

We were on waiting list, and the staff already confirmed our table. Just as the previous diners finished, a newly arrived customer who had NOT been waiting outside suddenly entered. He spoke briefly with the staff and was immediately given our confirmed table⦠like how can??
When we asked for clarification, the staff claimed that the person had been on the waiting list before us, even tho we had CHECKED and seen that all previous names had been crossed out (like basically weāre at the top of the list). It was clear that his name had been added at the last minute to override our spot..
When we confronted the staff, they made excuses, ignored fairness, and sided with him. even they KICKED us out while he stayed.. The whole experience was left us wondering if weāre treated unfairly based on appearance or background. This wasnāt just bad service, but unjust and felt like CLEAR...
