Ikkudo Ichi impresses with its flexibility in portion sizes, particularly with their ramen. It’s fantastic to be able to choose a smaller serving, giving ample room to enjoy other items on the menu - like their delightful karaage. These thoughtful considerations truly enhance the dining experience, allowing you to savor a variety of their offerings without feeling overly stuffed.

However, one aspect that could see improvement is the cleanliness of the establishment. Despite its location within a mall, where one might expect a higher standard of maintenance, I found the cleanliness to be a bit below par. Regardless, the culinary experience is not to be missed and with some attention to the upkeep of the environment, Ikkudo Ichi could easily be a 5-star dining spot. Trying Ikkudo Ichi outlet in Mall Kelapa Gading, located in MKG 3, 3rd Floor. One of my favorite ramen place, ordering 2 types of ramen which is Buta Tan Tan & Buta Signature (Combo Package with Mini Buta 🐷 Chasu Don, for additional IDR 19,8 K). Their Buta Tan Tan Ramen is delicious, topped with Tan Tan (Chili Oil) and juicy chopped buta chashu. They also serves 2 types of noodle, straight noodle or curly noodle, and I always go for their straight noodle, but if you like more texture and firmness on your ramen, you can choose the curly one. Let me tell you, the Premium Pork Cheek was really delicious! It was soft and tasted just out of this world, at least to me. The flavor was one of a kind. I would come back again just to eat this pork cheek dish. . The Buta Tan Tan ramen was so so. I ordered the heavy and strong soup for the ramen, but for my taste, it still wasn't strong and heavy enough. Noodle was too thin for a ramen. The minced pork in it however, was yummy. I guess that's the only good thing about the ramen bowl that I really liked. The whole thing was edible though, don't get me wrong. . Place itself was clean as it was just opened.
