50-70k for a glass of mediocre coffee and terrible service.

I would recommend any other coffee shop around the area.

First of all, coffee doesn't taste that good, there was no aroma and no density in it, just random garnish and flavorings. Food was cold and taste like MSG.

Secondly, it was very difficult to get any of their attendant's attention. We have to literally stand up and walk towards them to ask for our condiments. Worst part is, the staff didn't even hear us, they just nod their head before even we finish with our request. It seems to me like they are busy doing nothing in their own station and yet still ignoring their customers like we were not their top spenders.

Until when we were about to pay, there was no obvious designated cashier table, so we have to look for a table with EDC machine on it.

When we approach the desk, one of the attendant told us in a rude way not to step on that area, apparently it was only for staff. Well if it does, then please make a clear sign for it.

Never ever again will I ever come back to this place.

Question is, does this Coffee Academy Gafoy live up to the brand's standard? Does all the Coffee Academy offer similar level of service and similar...

Sweett spot to hangout in gading! i came here often with my friends, sometimes family. With a great food, and even better coffee (Okinawa is the top notch IMO haha) makes the whole experience worth the price

Ambience on Coffee Academics (CA) is also cozy and 'warm'. From the coffeeshop design, to the people, especially the baristas contribute to it. Reza, CA's barista who eventually became a friend of mine, have a great skills and deep knowledge of coffee to begin with. With a great personality, he have this dedication to make sure that his service to the customer was not limited to just make coffee and accept payment for it. Yet also to talk, to give menu suggestions, share his vast insight on coffee, and even talks and joke around with customer during his break. These little things, in my opinion, cause a huge ripples on customer opinion of how they treated. How a coffeeshop is not just a place where people brought coffee, yet a space where coffee enthusisast share and cherish the wonder coffee...

First time coming here and the quality of the drinks and food blew me away, especially how friendly the front of house was! //poke Kak Daras ehehe 🙂‍↕️♥️

We were given the opportunity to taste their new matcha ice cream and it was superb honestly, not too sweet and the matcha taste was prominent! Would definitely pay for it if I came back here again 🤤

The raspberry and vanilla cake was recommended by Kak Daras and her choice did not miss, I loved every bite of it! The matcha earl grey was well balanced, I’m so surprised (in a good way) the earl grey taste was just right while not overpowering the matcha, also good thing: they don’t put any sugar in their matcha!

Overall such an amazing experience in here!
