The Elysium Rooftop Dining & Lounge — Restaurant in Jakarta

Firstly, I’d say congratulation on the opening of your new place. I never post a bad publicity for any venue in Google review, but this time I need to complain to this place for being unemphaty to the surroundings and our peaceful neighbourhood.

I believe you are responsible enough and being mindful when building the construction with a sound proof wall etc because you open a night bar with high volume of music.

However, you located directly in front of 4 apartment towers (less than 100meters) and as the residence of one of them loooong before you open the place, you create MASSIVE sound pollution AFTER 10 PM until midnight and disturb the neighbourhood with your INCONSIDERATE loud bass from your lounge music when it is time for everyone to rest.

I believe you are proffesional enough to manage the music & being more ETHICAL to your neighbourhood, AND 100% did not want your rest time to be disturbed by some random irresponsible people that you didn’t even know.

With all of my respect, please be considerate to this neighbourhood. Many babies, preggo woman, elders, and just normal residence here wants to have their quality...

They open a rooftop bar without caring tor the residential apartments & hospital wards nearby. It is really loud and disturb our quality of sleep (especially kids) up to 2am on the weekend and midnight on weekdays. IRRESPONSIBLE, & UNETHICAL!! I know it is a business, with all respect but cant you be more empathetic & considerate of people who has to rest.

Fellow management & owners of the business, please think if you are in our position every night and get your rest disturbed EVERY NIGHT. And you have to wake up in morning to work or go to school. Those who visit this place, i have nothing against you, but you are likely supporting a business that is unethical and i encourage you to visit...
