Habitare is an apart-hotel where situated in strategic area. I stayed there due to my daughter's event where located in Usmar Ismail Concert Hall which was close to Habitare.
I stayed in Room#2714 for a night (Feb 22-23), this was a very nice unit with 2 bedrooms; the living room was spacious, and dining room with complete utilities and utensils. It has great view to the city. The cleanliness was good but there weren't mat in the bath room, so we needed extra cautious and careful for not slip and falling once we were out from the bath tub/shower.
Otherwise, we felt disappointed during check-in. As mentioned in the booking statement that check-in time was 14.00, thus we need to wait for AN HOUR until we got our room ready. When I asked the receptionist why our room hadn't yet ready, they gave unacceptable reason, which that happened because the previous guess checked out around 12.00-14.00 🫣. As long as I knew whenever I travelled and staying in the hotel , the common check-out policy is 12.00 and the latest an hour before the next check in time. I suggest the management needs to review its policy, so the guest will not experience the disadvantageous due to this policy. Since we never know the purpose of the guest's staying for, it is for only Staycay or like us for attending an event that located close to the hotel.
However, I thank you for the staffs that assist us to push the housekeeper and keep looking for the available room for us.
I will consider to stay in habitare again, since it's nice place to stay thou. And I hope in the next visit I will not experience the delayed...
Read moreHad a short escape together with my wife. We chose the hotel due to the location as we planned to go to CFD on Sunday (we just took the LRT from the station approx. 200m away from the hotel). The hotel is just next to pasar festival which known for some 24hr restaurants venue, epicentrum mall is just on the other corner and Rasuna garden food street is just a walking distance as well. Room was spacious and clean with quite complete kitchen equipment as well as a cooker, microwave, toaster, minibar fridge and water boiler, they even provided the dishwashing soap. We let the curtain opened throughout the evening since the city view was stunning Food variety at breakfast was great, taste wise it was ok. An Indoor swimming pool was available with decent size to swim. Staffs were quite hospitable and Fira at the restaurant was our highlight as she was helpful and we could see how she enjoyed serving the guests. Considering the room rate and what we experienced in this hotel, it was worth all the cent we spent and we will definitely come back for another short escape, if my...
Read morePerfect location for city lovers as it is very close to public transportation/LRT-Busway. Walking distance to plaza festival, setiabudi mall, Epicentrum (on renovation at the time). The place it self used to be Citadines and now changed into habitare, was here on 2019 and nothing changed except the name and deteriorating facilities. Aside from the friendly front desk, no upgrade at all, the room is just as before, we stayed at a one bedroom, spacious, lots of storage, the bathroom was quite dirty, the sofa and bedding and the towels were worn out, don't start with the pool, there is no towel, no guard, and the jacuzzi located along with the toilet looking just as tired as all around it, the toilet have no soap. I skipped breakfast so I don't know how the food was. Last, they only have 2 elevators, so there was long queue and crowded most of the time our suggestion; Just upgrade everything before...
