The waitress recommended today's special menu "Tuna". However, a piece of a steel wire brush in the TUNA scratched my friend's mouth after we paid the bill. Thus, we ask the waitress to check out what happened immediately even without taking a photo. To our surprise, this waitress just take this dish back to kitchen, and conveyed us if you want to complain you need to go to the kitchen because there is no manager here and the chef is busy. We have no choices but come to the kitchen, and the chef admited this mistake and just said I can give you half price of that dish then you can leave. His arrogant, overbearing manner make us feel mistakes like this are normal n common, they even do not deserve an explanation or a sincere apology. My first meal here was a disaster. I had a smashed avocado toast… they put the avocado on the toasted side… and the other side was soft and wet. But the breakfast did come with a complimentary plate of sliced fruits… love that. Coffee was great. My friend had the mee goreng, that was good. Second meal, we had the pork schnitzel that was stuffed with cheese and bacon, this was heavenly. Huge portions. Our third meal here was breakfast. The bagel was not toasted well. Carrot cake here is passable. Not great. The vegetable spring roll was too salty and oozed with soya sauce. We were ordered 15mugs of beer and just sat down for like only 10mins. A person name Martin came out and claimed that he is the owner of the place and start shouting at us. He scolded us with all sort of nasty language and racist statements. He even called us Chinese dog and told us to pay the bill immediately and leave. We tried to ask what is wrong but he slammed a mug of beer on the floor and told us to leave immediately. We felt our safety was seriously threatened and we left the place immediately. While we are paying the bills he even tried to push one of my friend. His behavior was very unreasonable, we believe he was under influence of substance.
