đ Adriana Cocina & Bar Bali â A VIBE with Novi as Your Foodie Spirit Guide! đŽđš**
Okay, let me start by saying: if youâre in Bali and donât hit up Adriana Cocina & Bar, are you even vacationing right?! This place is chefâs kiss â think lush plants, twinkly lights, and a menu thatâll make your taste buds throw a fiesta. đ´â¨
But the REAL star of the show? NOVI. This absolute legend of a server had us feeling like royalty from the second we sat down. Sheâs got this magical combo of warmth, wit, and next-level menu knowledge. When I asked, âWhatâs life-changing here?â she hit us with the âEverything, but letâs start with the polo squares and a amazing margaritaâ â and holy guacamole, she did NOT lie. đ
Novi kept the vibes high all night, refilling drinks before we even noticed they were low (witchcraft?), cracking jokes, and even giving us the scoop on Baliâs hidden gems. By dessert (yes, we had to order the flan), we were ready to adopt her as our honorary travel buddy. đ§Ą
Food highlights: đĽ Beef fajitas â crispy, juicy, perfection. đ¤ Adriana Ceviche â so fresh it probably jumped out of the ocean onto our plate. đš Cocktails â dangerous because youâll want 3 (thank us later).
The vibe? Insta-worthy meets laid-back Bali chill. The staff? All-stars, but Noviâs MVP status is undeniable.
TL;DR: Adrianaâs = đĽ food, đş vibes, and Novi = the human embodiment of sunshine. Go, ask for her, and prepare to leave happier (and fuller) than a beach bum at sunset. 10/10, will dream about those tacos forever. đ
P.S. Novi, if youâre reading this â weâre coming back for round two, and youâd better be ready with more margs! đ #NoviForPresident...

Wow â where do I even begin? Adrianaâs Cociana Bar is incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the glamorous vibe, stunning decor, and absolutely breathtaking views of the city from up high. This place is pure boujee heaven â think luxury with soul.
The atmosphere is warm and feel-good, with music that lifts your mood and a team of staff who truly go above and beyond. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also have a peanut allergy, and the staff handled it with such care and attention â I felt completely safe and looked after the entire night.
Letâs talk food â wow. I started with the nachos and honestly, they were the best Iâve ever had â perfectly crispy, loaded, and full of flavour. For my main, I went with the beef burritos. The beef was lean, tender, and bursting with rich, mouthwatering flavour. And then⌠the dessert. The caramel flan with coffee liqueur and fresh fruit was absolutely divine. Light, balanced, and totally indulgent â it left me happy and full without feeling heavy.
The daiquiri cocktail was a dream â fresh, zingy, and went down far too easily! And to top off an already perfect night, I got to relax in the heart-shaped jacuzzi under the stars â a magical end to a flawless evening.
Adrianaâs Cociana Bar is a true 5-star gem, and to top it all off, the food is fantastic value for money. Thank you, Adrianaâs, for the vibe, the views, the food, and one unforgettable night!
Make sure you stop here- you...
Read moreA group of 8 visited last night. Booked a table for 7:30pm and promtly taken to a low coffee table setting. We ordered drinks which arrived but the service from that point on was comical. It was busy, and youâre on holiday so time doesnât really matter but I had to go and seek out a manager after over 1 hour as no one came back to ask about a food order, he apologised and quickly moved us to a higher table setup and we ordered.
The food was OK, a bit bland for a Mexican restaurant, some were dry, portion sizes vary wildly and everyone agreed it was just mediocre. The prices are good though.
The ambience was relaxed and there was a âDJâ 𤣠(you canât just hang some headphones round your neck and call yourself a DJ) who casually said she only played âloose houseâ music which was fine when everyone was eating but didnât get at all lively once the kitchen closed. Thankfully she finished her âsetâ and actually the music improved from that moment on. This place could be great after food service and be somewhere people want to party a bit but it just gets quieter and quieter. They are missing a trick we think!
Drink service for the rest of the evening was hit and miss, some never turned up, some took forever to arrive, some staff training might be needed here.
All in all, it was OK, would we return?...
