PEPeNERO Jimbaran — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

We went there 3 nights in a row, the first time was superb, the second time was OK, the third time was very DISAPPOINTING ... we ordered from the menu, a baked LASANGE that they claimed it's made daily and FRESH, really? Guess what happened? It was probably two days old of Lasagne, being served it onto us and the whole plate it looked like a big red blob, I wish I could have said that the food is utterly shite. I called the staff and told her to tell the chef if it's a day old just be honest to the paying customer! At least we have an option, either order it or not ordering it. One thing though, they are still charging us for that awful food ... The owner should tell his Managers/staffs incident like that NEVER EVER charged it, but please do give a complementary on the...

We came here quite often and my kids love the pizza & pasta. Sometimes we ordered the pizza by grab. But I think our early dinner today there is going to be the last visit. Me & my husband and our 4 kids came with happy hearts and left brokenhearted. This one particular waitress were super rude, and it has happened for a few times already everytime we went there. She didn’t say hello nor goodbye, not even thank you. Not even repeating our order, and always cleared out our plates very quickly as if she wanted us to leave immediately.

It’s not a very cheap food, at least the service should be better with more nicer & friendly staff. I went home with super bad mood because of this rude lady! 👎🏼 Food...

I came here in just 3 minutes and walked out TERRIBLY disappointed. Went in, the server looked us up and down as if questioning WHY we’re in THEIR restaurant??? And didn’t even greet us. The resto was full so I adked if the seating is just available here and without even looking me in the eye she replied “yea just here” and walked away.
