Bendesa Cafe Jimbaran — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

I stopped to Jimbaran and my eyes caught this quiet little restaurant. It seemed fairly empty, as most people tend to head to Bendesa Seafood just for the location.

I wasn’t in the mood for seafood, but their service and effort from the staff here were truly commendable. While enjoying the beach, I decided to try their chicken fried noodles and French fries.

The fries were amazing—definitely a winner! The fried noodles, however, were a bit too salty and could use some adjustment.

The young coconut was impressively large! At just IDR 30,000, it’s a great deal, especially with such a beautiful view.

I also highly recommend they add Indomie Kuah or Goreng to the menu—it’s an easy, comforting dish that I believe many visitors would love to order while relaxing by the beach and proud our instant noodle is the best!

We had a delightful family dinner here tonight at New Bendesa. All seven of us sitting at tables on the sand whilst watching the Sunset with cold drinks in hand. The atmosphere to say the least is amazing. The food well every bit as amazing as the sunset view on the horizon. Relishing over crumbed squid, grilled fish, grilled prawns and other foodie delights we finished every morsel. The location of this restaraunt is in the middle of Jimbaran Beach area and is where i find the best value restaraunts. Not that restaraunts along the beachline North and South are not good value either. So when next in Bali no matter where you are from New Bendesa in Jimbaran...

No airs and graces here. Just good quality fresh seafood cooked over coconut shells with many sauce flavours available. Hot or not so hot also.

The view at sunset is quite specatacular and if feel like a swim why not.

We highly recommend this beach cafe as one of the best. For 480,000 idr we left with very very full tummies of grilled prawns, squid and fish and half a kilo of Red Snapper to take home for our security.
