Okay.. This is my 2nd time being here.. I really love the service and the amotsphere.

Starting from entrance, the staff greets us with very big smile and warm welcome. They delivered 5 stars service. All the order has been taken with attention and friendly small talk. The staff also explains the menu very well, including the tasting notes of each menu. I really enjoy being @Tanah Liat.

The interior is also amazing. I really like the details and all decorations. All tables look spotless clean. The lighting gives very warm ambience that make me and my family feels comfortable.

The foods are also good. We ordered two dishes: kedonganan market seafood and grilled black cod. Both are great. I really like the market seafood, it has various seafood like tuna, soft crab, squids and scallops. All of the ingredients are cooked perfectly.

Overall, i enjoyed my time here. Will I come back here again?...

I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. We waited 50min to get a fresh oyster dish (which requires probably the min time to “cook”) then another 20min to get our main dishes. The oyster was very fresh and but still not worth 50min waiting time. The baramundi fish was so blend that it was perfect for the pregnant cat wondering around patio of the restaurant. We gave most of the fish to her. Their supposedly the only signature dish, beyond meat lasagna, is shameful to be called the signature. Taste of a canned tomato sauce and hardened pasta. And there was this guy sitting in front of us, not sure if he is the owner or some kind of a VIP but while we were waiting over an hour to get our food he got like 7 course meal without any delays in between. It was the worst choice we made during our...

We'd stayed there for 3 nigjts and had breakfast buffet every morning. My mother wanted a kind of creamy soup on the second day but she couldn't find what she liked among the given menus on the day. Then, one of male helpers namely Rai came along and found out the situation. In short, Rai brought a chef Alit and the chef offered a creamy pumpkin soup to my mother. The soup was delicious and my mother was very happy about she was able to have what she wanted. What an amazing service it is! They served a customer by creating a new soup that was not on that day's menu. I think this is the stewardship that everyman should follow. Thank you very much Rai and Chef, Alit. We will never forget...

A Must-Visit Culinary Gem in Nusa Dua Tanah Liat is hands down one of the best restaurants we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in Nusa Dua! The menu is nothing short of extraordinary—each dish is a masterpiece with innovative flavors and creative combinations that are truly one of a kind. Every bite felt like a celebration of taste and artistry. The service was impeccable, going above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable dining experience. The staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and passion made us feel incredibly valued as guests. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Nusa Dua. If you’re in Bali, don’t miss the chance to dine at Tanah Liat—it’s an absolute must!
