The location of this place is ideal, being within walking distance of Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Shopping Center. The portion sizes of the bowls are generous, which was a positive aspect. We also ordered 2 Lattes and they were quite good (small cookies given with the coffee was tasteless though). Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.

We visited for breakfast on July 25, 2024, at around 8:15 a.m., ordering the Beach Walk Bowl and the Black Monkey Bowl. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. None of the staff greeted us or smiled, giving the impression that they were having a bad day.

The lady who took our order, wearing glasses, approached us without any warmth or a smile. Despite our efforts to greet her with a friendly "good morning," she did not acknowledge us initially and only greeted us when she had no choice, when we told her ‘good morning’ for the second time. This lack of basic etiquette was off-putting.

🧶My rating: 5/5 💎The layout: When you walk in you’ll notice the kitchen straight ahead, the section where they make smoothies, and towards the left and right there are multiple tables with booths and seats. On the right side of the restaurant there’s a bathroom. All of the seats/booths have pillows.

🎲My experience: The food took a bit longer than some other restaurants, but the wait was worth it. The waiters were friendly and alert. The restaurant for me was very aesthetically pleasing; I really liked the design of the plants and the lamps. Later on I went to the beach because it is kind of right around the corner.

There was calming music in the background, which was nice. The second time I went, I think the owner was also helping out.

📐Likes: I like the cleanliness of the restaurant. I really like that because while you’re sitting you can see what they are doing. The restaurant is also spacious. The location is also very nice.

☔Dislikes: My only complaint is that after you’ve been there for a bit it’ll start getting extremely cold.
