Brasserie Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta

We went there on 14 Oct 2022 with a family of 7 and a a (1.5 years old) baby. The place looks nice from outside - spacious and modern. However, the service was very poor. Food was average and meals were delivered Not together at a time but one by one. The 7th person meal came when everyone finished theirs. We requested a high-chair for the baby twice but never provided. The baby was fed on his pram. We asked for a plain rice for the the baby and this was super cold, stiff and stale. We asked them to either warm up or provide a fresh one and this was delivered after 2-3 requests. The price is definitely reasonable however portions are little. There were lots of unhappy and upset customers on the day in the evening simply due to super slow service. I sense there was a staff shortage at that time. The most undesirable part above all is that the staff there (one middle aged lady in particular at the counter) appeared at that time very unwelcoming, unenthusiastic, poor customer service skills and grumpy. This is very surprising in Bali. Everywhere - you are greeted with a smile. Not sure if the lady was having personal issues in her life and if so, this is certainly excusable in my book. However, the management there needs to improve their customer service. If customers arrive, greet them with a smile. If your service is slow or if you made a mistake, acknowledge and apologise. Give reasons and explanations (staff shortage, new staff, busy-hour etc.). Look enthusiastic. Everybody has good days...

The food was DELICIOUS!!! I ordered sirloin steak and it was perfect! Two of the souses (mushroom and pepper) weren’t needed because taste of the meat was awesome, but they were also very tasty. As dessert I took banana split and I’m not a fan of chocolate ice cream but it was surprising good so I would recommend it as a three pack in good price. Dana and Sujasmini were very kind and helpful. Food was brought fast and it was in perfect temperature. This restaurant looks very good and clean, also you can play billiards inside. I paid 420 000 Rp for all, that’s really fair...

This restaurant was amazing the food was super tasty my wife and I had a steak and Seafood and chicken. They were well cooked and very nice with decent portions. The kids meals were good too and they enjoyed theirs. The highlight day was the service. My wife had hurt her back badly previously on our holiday. She was waiting for a doctor's appointment and got the call that one was available during her meal.
