Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kuta

Bad service and very unprofessional. I first order pizza from the app and they delivered in my place very fast. Then the second time, the pizza never arrived, but in app is written delivered. I wonder where they deliver my pizza, so i try to call the restaurant, but they never picked up the phone. Not even once. The third time, i order pizza, the guy from domino called me and said they didn't do delivery in my area. I try to argue that they did delivery to my place last week. But the guy keep insisting it must be mistakes and i should use gojek instead. I have no time to argue with him, so i just cancelled my order. The weird thing is, the next day i saw my next door neighbor getting pizza delivery from domino. So I asked the delivery guy, if my area is within their delivery service. He said yes, because i live in kuta. At that moment i realize something: I'm within their delivery area, but the guy refused my order simply because he is lazy to do delivery. That's why he keep pushing me to use gojek instead and pay extra. Their phone is working, but they just don't want to receive complaining customer. That's why they'll keep ignoring your call. Avoid this domino's if you are a tourist/foreigner. I stood watching the staff make Pizzas as I was waiting to order and the guy making the pizzas was grabbing handfuls of cheese and was putting a nice big amount on.

When I made my order I didn't have data so ended up watching the guy make my pizza. When it came to putting the cheese on, he looked around and found a set of scales on the shelf. He weighed the tiniest bit of cheese and sprinkled it on. It was the most pathetic amount of cheese ever.

I called him over to ask why he weighed my cheese but not all the other Pizzas (who was for the locals). He lied and said he did weigh theirs.

It's obvious they give the minimal amount of ingredients to tourists.

Look at the state of this pizza. What a joke. Couldn't even eat it. Just overloaded with sauce, couldn't taste nothing other...

I had a terrible experience at the Domino’s in Gelael, Kuta. The cashier was extremely rude and visibly angry from the very first moment we approached the counter. We greeted her politely with a smile, yet she didn’t even reply. While waiting for our pizza, I noticed she was the same with every customer unfriendly, irritated, and unprofessional.

This is one of the busiest Domino’s locations in Kuta, especially for tourists, yet most of the staff hardly speak English and act careless, as if they don’t want to be there at all. The whole team seemed annoyed with customers, giving the impression that they are not happy to do their jobs.

Really disappointing for such a prime location. Domino’s should take this branch seriously tourists expect at least a basic level of service and friendliness, not anger and...
