I was served by Mitarini who embodies everything that makes Bali my favorite travel destination. Her beaming, infectious smile and friendly demeanor is not something you experience in Australia. She went so far above and beyond what you expect from staff. As a person who never writes Google reviews I felt compelled to make an exception this time. I miss Bali already and it's because of people like Mitarini that Australians like me always come back. No-one does customer service better than the Balinese and it's people like Mitarini that make the Balinese the greatest, kindest people on earth! Thanks again Mitarini. Well, my family and I had a wonderful time in Bali. Everything is perfect with the hotels, food, and tourist destinations we’ve visited. Before we left Bali, we spend a little at this Espresso Bar while waiting for our departure flight. We ordered coffee and food separately with a glass of water. This free water had turned out to be a worst nightmare of our trip!!! The water caused me and my family a tyfoid after getting back to our hometown. My daughter and me got diarrhea for many days until I noticed that I must publish it to raise the public awareness. This shop could definitely afford to use distilled or sanitized water and ice. Apparently they used the ordinary tap water for customers to drink. A Really Worst...

Easily the worst airport meal I’ve ever eaten. Kids both got avocado on toast. Avocado seems like it was out of a tube or frozen, toast was just soggy bread. When we told them they brought it back & said they had “warmed it up”. Nothing had changed. Hubby had hash browns that were frozen. I had a club sandwich that was over priced and beyond basic.
