Horrible experience, please avoid. Only came here because of Priority Pass, but never again.
Firstly, the service staff are extremely inattentive. We stood at the entrance for a good 5 minutes before being served. In that time, at least 3 idle waiters walked past without seating us, and it took the kitchen staff telling the waiters that we were sat.
Secondly, service was extremely slow. It took them 10mins after ordering to tell us one of our mains was unavailable, and 15mins after ordering to deliver our drinks, and only then tell us the Coke Zero we ordered, an item which requires ZERO preparation, was unavailable. It took 35 minutes before any food was served, which is unacceptable for an airport restaurant. Worst of all, in that wait time we noticed at least 8 staff in the kitchen standing around idling with their arms crossed.
Our experience was definitely not unique as several other tables were also complaining. Would highly recommend going elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if you're paying...
Read moreI ordered two dishes. One in a vegetarian version and the other with chicken, but instead of dumplings it was supposed to be tofu. The lady receiving it doesn't write it down anywhere. When I received the order, there was chicken in the vegetarian soup, and when I noticed the lady, she took the bowl to the kitchen, where the cook took the chicken out of the bowl and brought it to me in the same bowl (the kitchen is open, you can see everything), but there were still some leftovers, but the waitress wasn't interested. She was only nice when taking the order. In the second course, there was tofu instead of dumplings, but they didn't serve chicken there. The waitress was not nice and was so impatient during the payment that she threw the terminal and left. We actually waited a long time until we went to get another waiter because she didn't come back to the table. This waitress is MENDRIANI. We...
Read moreFirst and foremost, there are actually 3 entrances to Flight Club DPS at Bali International Airport. To utilise your Priority Pass privileges, you will have to locate the Priority Pass counter (see photo above) INSIDE the restaurant. There, you can be checked-in via the usual QR code on the Priority Pass app and you can select the menu that you would like to have during your stay here. Inside, we noticed the restaurant to have an open kitchen where you can see the chefs busy at work. There are also comfortable and modern sofa seats at the first level. If you’d like more privacy, you can also head up to the 2nd level to have a bird’s eye view of Denpasar International Terminal – but the air-conditioning here is not very strong, so you’ll have to request for the portable A/Cs to be switched on and be seated right in the direction that it blows...
