Really disappointed in your supervisor at Dewi Sri.

I spoke.to the supervisor Saputri (not sure of spelling)and told.her I will be back on Thursday to buy the Dubai Chocolate. Milk version not dark. I was very clear that it would be milk and that I would be back in 2 days on Thursday.I confirmedthe price and told her I was lookforward to eating this on easter Sunday. .

I further explained I rarely get to eat Chocolate as I do alot of gym and exercise but once a year make an exception.

We confirmed price and I returned on Thursday only to be advised by Saputri that there was no milk and only Dark Dubai Chocolate

Its not good enough. I have made.the effort to return and ride all the.way.to Dewi Sri. Saputi advised I can go to the other store or come back,tomorrow/Friday.

No I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning and I have better things to do with my time than ride from store to store on a bike. Her response was dismissive and non responsible.

I bought the Dark Dubai Chocolate 350000I INR but my Easter has been ruined by your complacent supervisor.

I will never return or do business...

I was told to buy this as the requestors said that they are popular/the best - well that's because, with an IG follow, share and tag, the buyers get 10% discount (but only the milk and dark I think)

So anyway, taste wise was good - it's very similar to the OG - Royce. The difference is that it's on the "harder" side. If you have tried, you can feel that slight difference.

I love the way they make you wait for the chocolate, it's like you are buying some sort of made to order uber artisan creation - again good marketing to give you that sense of "poshness".

The price can be made more competitive as well to be honest:

Royce - 330k onwards Heavenly - 240k onwards Falala (Denpasar however) - 170k onwards

So I guess, based on good marketing, good discount strategy and also good location, Heavenly is rendered as "this good" but it's the intelligence of the brand owner.

And oh, with that price, the packing should be better, the ALU wrapped cold jelly and also regular bag could be made better with proper reusable freeze jelly and also temperature retaining carry bags (27k...
