Since my email has been ignored I'll start by sharing here. My husband and I's night started off amazing at the night club. Djs were great, atmosphere great.Over the course of the night, ladies were going up the dance center bench and enjoying themselves.Later on I decided to join. Everyone was enjoying and cheering me on,then one of the security guards pointed at me and told me to come off. I did however notice the rest of the ladies were allowed to stay on..the only difference was I was the only person of color(african descent) which only mattered only later on.When I tried to ask why it was just me that was pulled out the guard "suddenly couldn't understand english". I asked to speak with the manager just so I could understand if I'd actually done anything wrong before pointing out the obvious. Before I could even finish 1 sentence the manager was raising his voice at me telling me to show him evidence or proof that it was just white girls dancing. (As if I'm going to be filming random people just incase I have to prove myself 🤦🏾♀️)He told me several times to walk off and "bring the white girls to me".He continued to yell and at one point grabbed my wrist infront of my husband (who then told him off and separated us). A lady close to me broke her glass and surprise surprise, who did they blame?Long story short, there was absolutely no reason for that aggressive behavior verbally or physically ESPECIALLY FROM A MANAGER!! I feel utterly discriminated and embarrassed. If you're going to pick and choose who will be respected in your clubs then please just have that information at the front so we know from the start and...
Read moreThis nightclub is located right next to La Favela in Bali and has two levels. Entry fee is 150,000 IDR (around $10–$15 USD) for men (1 drink included), while women enter for free and also receive complimentary cocktails all night. However, the free drinks are limited to just a couple of cocktail options.
Music-wise, it’s a commercial mix with all the latest tracks. The DJ was solid and the sound system was impressive. There’s a center stage where dancers perform throughout the night, and guests are also welcome to join them, which adds to the interactive vibe.
That said, the overall atmosphere was not what I expected. A large portion of the female crowd (I'd estimate 80%) appeared to be local women seeking paid attention from foreign men. It felt very similar to the vibe at Shishi or some nightlife spots in Pattaya or Bangkok, where many women are simply standing around the bar or dance floor waiting for someone to approach them. It didn’t feel like a casual party vibe — more transactional, and frankly, uncomfortable if that’s not what you’re looking for.
I also noticed a growing number of very young foreign tourists (ages 18–21), especially female university students, coming in just for the free drinks before heading out elsewhere. It gave the whole place a slightly chaotic and awkward dynamic.
In short, while the club has the infrastructure, music, and potential for a great night out, the overall vibe left a lot to be desired — unless you’re specifically looking for that kind of experience. For those seeking a fun, carefree party atmosphere, there are likely better...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a venue. The bar had a bench dance area in the middle, featuring dancers hired by the establishment. However, they also allowed other women to join in, creating a chaotic and unsafe environment.
At one point, I accidentally bumped into one of the dancers due to how crowded the space was. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she reacted aggressively and pushed me down the stairs. I narrowly avoided a serious accident and quickly left the dance floor, feeling shaken and unsafe. To make matters worse, she continued to single me out, making rude gestures towards me from where she was dancing, which completely ruined the evening for my partner and me.
Adding to this horrible experience, the venue's “ladies drink free” promotion was misleading. The drinks were overly sugary frozen cocktails clearly designed to encourage women to drink and entertain men on the dance floor. On top of that, they charge an additional 20% in each purchase.
The worst part of the night was when security staff tried to separate my partner from me as we were leaving. I don’t know what their purpose was, but it was intimidating, and my partner had to push through to get close to me again. This left us both feeling unsafe and highly uncomfortable.
I would strongly suggest that women avoid this place, especially if you’re planning to go alone. This venue prioritises profit over safety and respect. I will never return and cannot recommend...
