I wish I had read the reviews before going there at 6pm, for desert, to enjoy the stunning sunset. The location of this restaurant is it’s saviour. We had “Golden Baba’(Chantilly, vanilla crumb, mixed berries fruit salad, Cuban rum and citrus infusion) and “Espresso Martini Mascarpone coffee cream, gelée, lady finger, meringue, white chocolate straw, espresso martini syrup” Neither dish came close to their description and, as a desert lover, I can sadly say these were the worst deserts I have ever attempted to eat. Neither of us ate more than half of our desert. Really really disappointing. We will not be back to this restaurant. Service is friendly but also uncomfortably slow. Our dining experience at Sanje Restaurant in Bali was truly delightful. We had a booking for two, with a sunset view table. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The restaurant offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those who prefer a chill and relaxing dinner.

The food was excellent and definitely unique, adding a special touch to the evening. What made the experience even more memorable was the stunning sunset beach view paired with the laid-back vibes. Sanje is an ideal spot for a special occasion or simply to unwind and enjoy a serene evening by the sea.

I was just walking along the beach when I was drawn in by the beautiful view and the delightful aroma, so I decided to step in. The friendly staff immediately made me feel welcome. As I entered the hotel and the restaurant area, I was amazed by a stunning music and dance show, a huge buffet, and happy guests enjoying their time.

I wasn’t too hungry, so they offered me a seat at the restaurant by the ocean. 😍 Oh my God, what a view! Relaxing lounge music, a breathtaking ocean view, delicious food and wine… and most of all, I want to highlight the hospitality, kindness, and excellent service of the staff—Krisiada and Widia. 👏🏻 🫶🏻
