Shisha Cafe Sunset Road مطعم عربي/ شيشة(مطعم و مقهى شيشة) — Restaurant in Kuta

The restaurant is the worst one I have ever eaten in Never ever come again Actually I haven’t eaten in it, i only ordered then brought coca from nearby alfamart, the staff told me that i cannot drink the coca and they need to take it from me until i finish I have already ordered Coca Cola from them with around 27 k and it wasn’t enough then I bought another Coca Cola from alfamart with only 5 k They rudely said they will call the police if i start drinking the coca and they have rule for that When I asked where is the rule? They said it is inside they brought me a small booklet hahahah It should be clear to all people that bringing drink from outside is not allowed I told them you should have told me before or make such rule clear and obvious The boss came and he was the most rude person i have ever met He threatened me of calling the police I told him go ahead and call them He told the guy next to him to call who pretended to call as if I am a child standing in front of them The boss has been acting since he started rudely talking to me

I never recommend such restaurant to any...

i use to go there and last time i was go there for meeting, and work in the same time while have my dinner and the shisha staff come and offer me for give them reviews with offers that my next visit will be free shisha coz i was had shisha that time, i told him,pleas !! im in the middle of conversation and enjoy my meal so comeback leter, and in 20 minutes i call him and told him that i will do the review,i do ask him did the voucher can be use anytime,?!he answered Yes so whay not !! i do the review! look i can order shisha without to use that voucher but why have to trick me and bother me for doing the review for my next visit!? and last weekend i come to enjoy show and have dinner with my lil bro, i do order shisha but then i remember i have a voucher think to use it but they rejected me coz they say only till end of jun, are you kidding, ? the staff ask me to read the little tiny later on the bottom of the card,! are you serious?? why would i have to read that voucher if your first word was tell me if i can us it anytime without telling me there are expired date!!??...

Worst place ever, because of a bad attitude! On Sunday, 28th of August 2022 I visited the Shisha Cafe and ordered 3 items (one of them a cappuccino for take away later). While I sat there, just 3 minutes after the order, my wife called in panic and told me my daughter had an accident, I needed to come straight away. So I told them: I need to go fast, I can now wait for the food. I offered them 50,000 IDR for the food they have started and wanted to run out. But they forced me to stay and even wanted to charge for the cappuccino, which was not even startet in preparation. It was a very clear situation and instead of helping with a fair solution they forced me to pay and discussed with me long about the cappuccino even, and after one minute of discussion I simply refused to pay for a drink which was not yet started.
