Really enjoyed eating at this little Warung. It's very unique and quaint in its own quirky way. You gotta see it to understand what I mean. It's basically Australian themed, I'm assuming in homage to many Australian customers that have been patrons for years. Some of them no longer alive have pictures on the walls amongst all the Australian memorabilia. The warung is pretty basic and a bit grubby that may put people off but this is just typical of a more local warung. They have a good Balinese menu, with some good classic dishes. There's Western options too but we didn't try any of them. Food was really good, especially the duck and the chicken satay, loved the little bbq they put on your table. Read moreWe had lunch here, ordered a Bebek Betutu Bumbu Bali (85k) and a large Bintang beer (40k). The fried duck tastes OK, though the soup is not so nice and our friends are not so impressed with their orders. A free fruit platter is served at the end of the meal. The beer here is cheaper than in the mini mart.
Overall it was an average meal, though the free fruit platter was a nice touch and we found that very tasty. Quite many flies here when we were eating. OK to try if you are nearby...
