This is probably the best bakso in Bali that I’ve tried so far.
It’s a little different that I’m used to because normally the meatballs (bakso) comes witht the option of the yellow noodle or rice noodle (bihun) mixed in the bowl of bakso itself but the carbs option they have here is rice.
Bakso is chewy, and tasted light. The soup is nice but use the additional condiment - kecap (soy sauce) and the chili sambal to enhance it further for extra punch of flavor.
When i was there, quite a few tourist were present and some of the staff struggle to communicate asking the additional crackers they consume.
It’s a small local food kiosk so its common courtesy to let them know how many crackers you had so they can charge accordingly! The cracker is in the transparent container present at every table. Do close it up tightly as well afterwards.
