“Bahari” Irish Pub — Restaurant in Malang

Trying to spend Sunday Evening in this place for the first time. Though the price is a bit overpriced but I can say it's worth for every penny that I spent in here.

The food are great.. I love the fries, even though it's simple one but I love it. The salad is awesome👍🥗... Never expected that drinking beer and eating salad at the same time is quite interesting 🤣 Fish and chips, chicken salted egg also taste yummy.. Unfortunately we can't have soju because the stock is empty during my visit. But it's not a big deal.. We can have another one and also the tequila 🔥Their cocktails🍸 are amazing

At first maybe the payment system is a bit confusing but after you get to use it, I think everything is fine since you'll get the payment card and if you still can use the balance again later. Just thinking about saving card for another chilling time in here😆😆 The staff are helpful and nice so the vibes and ambience also positive. Oh ya I came here a bit earlier in the evening so I can enjoy the music from the 90s era, I don't know if we came at Saturday night or Friday night maybe there will be another surprise from live performance on the stage since they have stage here.

Overall, everything was quite fun and sure will be back again for another time....

Simply the best Pub in Malang that I could find.

Cold beer, lovely atmosphere, great staff and safe, exactly as a pub should be.

Perfect to chill and enjoy a quiet beer early but with outstanding entertainment later in the evening. Everything from high standard Jazz to Soft Rock even a Magician Show in between, depending on the night of the week.

All with really affordable beer and food.

Highly recommend for visitors as it's a great opportunity to mix with the always lovely locals. The staff do speak varying levels of English and will make you comfortable.

Bahari has a super awesome chill vibe, excellent music (and the best DJ who will play any recommended tracks), and a really cool outlook on life: alcohol is the solution to everything.

And the way they do it, I couldn't agree more!

The staff are really friendly, (if you can't speak much Indonesian, you'll be perfectly fine seeming as they all speak really good English), and the owner Johny will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable.

If you get a chance I would recommend their chips, if only for the dip they serve it with, which is to die for!
