Saya tidak puas sama sekali di aw mog lantai 1 (bawah eskalator).. Tanggal 26 Juni 2001,sekitar pukul 15.30, kasir bernama Anindita Eka (nama sesuai yang ada di nota pembelian) bersama 1 rekannya perempuan, tidak sopan sama sekali, bicara kata2 yang seharusnya tidak pantas disampaikan ke pelanggan.. Saya juga pesan ice cream cone, belum selesai pesan coklat ato vanila, tapi oleh pelayan tadi langsung dibuatkan yang coklat, padahl saya sudah bilang sebentar.. Ice cream sundae chocolate oreo yang harusnya ada milk coklat nya juga tidak dikasih, hanya diberi toping oreo saja.. Saat memberi nampan juga tidak sopan.. Benar-benar pelayanan sangat buruk dan mengecewakan.. Tolong diperbaiki ya pelayanan nya.....
