I recently visited Cham Cham Chicken Gading Serpong with two friends, eager to replicate a previous positive experience. Our order included the Snowing Cheese Chicken, Jeju Orange Chicken, and Chicken Galbi, topped off with a Rabokki featuring eggs and sausages.
To our surprise, the Rabokki didn't match our expectations. It seems there was a miscommunication as the title on WhatsApp differed from the actual menu, resulting in an unintended extra serving of tteobokki. Despite this, the manager was gracious and offered a reimbursement, which we declined as we had already dug into the dish.
Aside from this hiccup, there's room for improvement. The Snowing Cheese Chicken, though "okay," seemed slightly bland compared to a previous visit. The Chicken Galbi lacked the desired kick but still surpassed the Snowing Cheese Chicken in flavor.
On a positive note, the service was exceptional—prompt, friendly, and well-versed in the menu. The Orange Jeju Chicken received mixed reviews among my friends, but personal preferences played a role. Notably, the ratio of flour to chicken was spot-on, with a generous portion of meat, a rare find in Korean restaurants. The small chicken bones are made for easy consumption.
The restaurant's cleanliness was commendable, although a minor pungent odor in one corner was noted.
In summary, Cham Cham Chicken Gading Serpong offers a mix of hits and misses. While the Rabokki mishap was a disappointment, the commendable service, well-balanced flour-to-chicken ratio, and cleanliness could keep us coming back with the hope that the minor shortcomings will...

The store & ambience felt very “dead”to me bc there’s no customer when i arrived, the light is dim, and i smelled something weird idk what it is from the store. Maybe the owner should check up store more frequently to ensure all things are ok & still in the best...

The creamy onion chicken take the crown for us. Highly recommend that you tried their creamy onion chicken. The ttokpoki sauce also taste nice, but the teok is to soft for my liking.. I prefer it a little bit more chewy. Overall the place was nice and clean, loves the ambience, and the dinner was delicious. We will definitely come back...
