Dangerous Beach Club with unethical management. Visit at your own risk. — Summary: As a VIP guest at Finns Beach Club, I suffered painful burn injuries (1-2a degree) after being hit by fireworks launched by Finns. The injuries have left a scar on my body. Finns Beach Club had dismissed my experience, refused to take responsibility for the incident and their manager even blocked me on WhatsApp. — The incident occurred at Finns Beach Club at around 7:15pm on 17 June 2024. My group of 12 friends were excited to visit Finns Beach Club as they claimed to be “The World’s Best Beach Club”. We had booked two VIP tables with a sea view beside the beach and around sunset, fireworks were being launched from the beach at a short distance away from our tables. While looking at the fireworks display, I suddenly felt a sharp pain on my left hip area. The feeling was akin to a slingshot hitting me at high impact and I realised that the fireworks had hit me. I sat down to check on the wound and saw that it started bleeding. I immediately cried due to the pain and shock from the impact of the fireworks. My friends alerted the Finns staff immediately. However, staff appeared lost and took some time to provide help. There appeared to be a lack of any standardised procedure or staff training of any sort to deal with my injury, despite its seriousness. Staff gave inappropriate medical advice (including putting ice on my wound, which caused me more pain, before being told to stop by another staff), resulting in the delay of proper treatment of my injury. This is gross negligence in terms of safety standards and medical protocol. After the incident, we got in contact with Finns' manager, Mr Matthew Browning. Mr Browning appeared dismissive of my injury and trauma and insisted over Whatsapp that it was a minor incident. After we pointed out the seriousness of the incident, Mr Browning attributed the fireworks incident to a third-party company and merely stated that Finns would "monitor the situation closely", instead of taking responsibility and conducting a thorough review of their safety protocol and staff training for emergencies. Finns has so far refused to offer any monetary compensation to account for my injuries and trauma suffered, as well as ruining the night for my group of friends. Finns, through Mr Browning, offered a complimentary deluxe bed for 6 pax at Finns Beach Club as compensation. The burn injuries left a permanent scar on my body and it’s not something a “complimentary deluxe bed” can ever make up for. The rest of my Bali trip was also ruined as I wasn’t able to enjoy any water activities. Bizarrely, after responding to Mr Browning's offer, he stopped replying to my emails and even blocked me and on WhatsApp. Finn’s higher management has also remained silent despite me contacting them through several platforms. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical, which leads me to conclude that Finns Beach Club had dismissed my negative experience and refused to take responsibility for the fireworks incident. On a separate note, I wish to highlight that fireworks were set up within close proximity to the VIP table which my friends and I were located. This puts us and other guests at serious risk of injury from stray shrapnel or debris from the fireworks. No shielding of any sort was in place to guard against this risk. My friend who was behind me had also gotten hit by the fireworks shrapnel at his ankle but was not injured. When I visited the clinic in Bali, the doctor had classified my burn injury to be of 1-2a degree. I am fortunate enough that the fireworks shrapnel hit my hip area. I dare not imagine what would’ve happened if the shrapnels hit my face or my eye area. Needless to say, the experience at Finns Beach Club was a very physically and mentally traumatic one for me. They refused to acknowledge the severity of this incident and failed to understand that their current facilitation of fireworks is a highly dangerous activity capable of scarring and blinding their guests, among other possible injuries.

"Hideous experience" as it was extremely unpleasant, dreadful, and shocking. • Poor Experience Compared to Other Venues: As someone from Dubai, I’ve visited many top-tier beach clubs, and Finns Beach Club doesn’t compare to Atlas or Potato Head. The place feels outdated and lacks the vibrant atmosphere it tries to force. • Cashless Policy Issues: Upon arrival, I was seated at St. Tropiz restaurant and was asked to leave a deposit to open a tab because they don’t accept cash. This was inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. • Invasive Regulations: Just minutes after being seated, a host informed me that I had to leave the place if I was away from my table for more than 15 minutes. This strict regulation felt unnecessary and added to the discomfort however could be bent if am paying 2,000,000 IDR 😀 • Inadequate Safety Measures: I was told to use a locker for my belongings, including my slippers, which meant I had to walk barefoot. This didn’t make me feel safe or comfortable, especially considering the condition of the facilities. • Old and Overpriced: The venue feels old and in desperate need of renovation, especially given the high minimum spend of 6,000,000 RPT, which doesn’t match the quality of the experience. • Rude Staff: The staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating, making the experience even more unpleasant. • Not Recommended for Authentic Bali Experience: Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Finns Beach Club to anyone looking to experience Bali the proper way. There are far better options available that offer better service and a more authentic vibe. And yea not recommended for families because we have seen quite extraordinary stuff men spanking each others on the pool shamelessly in front of everyone but because they had a big table there was mo regulations applied

Finns is one of the most popular day clubs in Seminyak/Kuta area in Bali. Its a must visit place if you would like to just relax and chill in day time. We visited the place in afternoon around 12 noon as a couple without any prior booking. The place was already full and filling up. they kept all our food and water at the entrance since its not allowed inside. They gave us a table at the corner to sit down as other tables and pool tables were already taken by bigger groups. Mostly westeners had already taken those pool tables, outside areas etc. We tried multiple times getting a table at the pool side or even near the DJ but staff had no clue and kept saying "you will be on waiting list". We could see others who came afterwards got the tables near the pool but anyways... People were dancing and there was so much fun. They had very nice DJ, nice vibe all around, at the beach. Very nice food, drinks and average service. We ordered pizzas, hummus and bread, cocktails, beer etc. Food and drinks were reasonably priced (although a bit higher than outside places) but it was worth it. Its located on an elevated place so its not at the beach but they have a gate where you can go down to the beach and come back from there if you want. Overall I would rate 4 out of 5. I would have rated 5 if their staff would have cooperated with us for a better table. My advice to other travellers is to book a pool table 2 days in advance and then go.

Really smart and trendy but definitely the Worlds Worst Beach Club 🏖️ rather than the worlds best beach club. Atrocious service and even after spending a lot on food and drinks, you are watched like a hawk. You are forced to pay for everything upfront and are still watched like you are going to run away 😳 It’s one of those Instagram vs reality places where it’s overhyped but the reality is really poor customer treatment. It’s very smart and has lovely facilities but the overall experience is terrible. They have a policy to not leave any belongings at the table which is super ridiculous. I have never ever encountered such a policy in my life. So basically if you don't have reserved the table you can't swim in the pool because they don't let to put even flip flops nearby the pool and at the regular table as well. If you're looking for a place that values its customers and provides good service, I strongly advise you to avoid coming here and rather go to Atlas or Potato head, where you will be valued. There are plenty of other options where your time, money, and experience will be respected. Never had such a very bad service, considering the huge amount of money we paid in advance! And in case FINNS does read this review, my reviews have over 2.5 million views 😀 So please next time get your act together

We have discounted to 3 stars mainly due to the lady at security. We are 6 adults with 2 babies (one is 1.5 years old and another one is 3 years old). We wanted to bring one hot water bottle and 2 boiled water bottle (in kids water bottle) for the babies for milk. We also showed the security that we have 6 bottles of milk powder (without filling the water), but they insisted not need for us to bring in or pour away the water. We understand no outside F&B allowed but for babies indeed we need boiled water and the club will not be able to provide. We were allowed to go in only as one of our baby fell off from the stroller crying as she was waiting for the parents and we were talking to the lady at the security. It ruined our start of the day. While I can appreciate and understand policies on outside F&B and minimum spend, more flexibility and discretion should be exercised especially when we comfortably exceeded the minimum spend. Would appreciate if the management can consider our feedback and be flexible given this should be baby/kid friendly place especially in the afternoon. We want to make sure our babies are well fed and adults can also enjoy the time in the club. Apart from the drama, we had fun in the club and the service staff is good! We enjoyed the food and ambience too.

3.5/5 Stars - A Party Lover's Paradise at Finns Beach Club I recently visited Finns Beach Club, a popular spot in Bali's nightlife scene. While it's not typically my go-to destination, I can appreciate its appeal. If you're a fan of parties and discos, Finns is an absolute paradise! The vibrant atmosphere, lively music, and energetic crowd make it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic night out. However, for me, Finns was just good. I prefer more laid-back settings, but I acknowledge its value as a premier party destination in Bali. The club's amenities and services were satisfactory, but the real draw is the electric atmosphere and non-stop entertainment. If you're looking for a pulsating nightlife experience, Finns Beach Club is an excellent choice. Just be prepared for a lively and loud environment! _Highlights:_ - Electric party atmosphere - Lively music and entertainment - Popular spot for nightlife enthusiasts - Good amenities and services _Not ideal for:_ - Those seeking a relaxed or quiet environment - Not my personal favorite, but I can appreciate its appeal _Will I return?_ Maybe, but only if I'm in the mood for a party! _Will I recommend?_ Absolutely, for party lovers and those seeking a vibrant nightlife experience in Bali!
