Food The snails were a little bland , and I didn't feel the accompaniments worked well , the mushroom was wasted being cut up like that, I don't feel it did anything for the dish.
King prawn papedelle was cooked very well , sauce had a nice consiststacy , slightly heavy on the salt , portion could have been a bit bigger for the price.
Blue cheese steak , cooked to perfection , tender juicy and a winner over all , I was hesitant to try blue cheese sauce , but it was surprisingly good , very light blue I imagine , not a robust blue.
We asked to modify 2 dishes , they were very accommodating and the spaghetti was cooked perfectly. Only draw back was the server only informed about 2 minutes before the food came that the modification was chargeable.
Gosh , your tiramisu is awesome !! I'd come back just for that.
Service The service was on top of everything , from wine and water service to being attentive of the area and they never seemed to be complacent, great job.
The servers that were possibly having briefing on the roof though were not as well disciplined , one of them was basically leaning and swinging on the wire fencing and would have been awefull if it snapped.
The entrance was a bit confusing , the first guard that checked the car did so very well and clear, when we arrived at the host podiam , the host was nice but a bit soft spoken , the security seemed unsure of himself too and although the car was there waiting , we had to ask for valet service.
We asked one of the servers what the new outlet that is coming was , I think it was Emporium , as mentioned on the blocked off screens , I was told that the staff have not been informed yet.
Ambiance The first thing you see on entrance is empty space , followed by and empty space , followed by an unused pool and then a huge grass empty grass area , your entrance needs a better flow and something to draw the attention away from the emptiness, if you had a Host escorting the guests and engaging in conversation it might help.
The music from Finns is loud and when we got to the table the music at the restaurant was competing with that and it was horrible trying to talk to my family over the music. I understand why it's like that but it's not a great experience , and ruins any ambiance your trying to build , I can't even try to read lips since everyone is wearing masks , so this is a huge loss of ambiance.

Read moreWe celebrated my birthday in the restaurant. We came few days before to make a reservation and pick the table with the view. The day before our reservation I texted the restaurant to confirm our table and they confirmed that.
When we arrived, we realized that they changed arrangement of tables in the restaurant and offer us table in the end of the hall without view at all. And they have only few tables busy with people, all others were empty, so they could easily rearrange few tables to have space for us, as we initially booked. We were in the company of 6, and it was quite easy to find space for us in the empty restaurant.
However, manager was rude and didn't even apologized for such inconveniences. I had birthday and I was very disappointed. Also my guests had to walk around the restaurant and wait till we can sit somewhere. Luckily that day wasn't rainy (usually it rains every day now) and we get tired of the bad service and decided just have a seat on the rooftop at the free table.
I am shocked that in such luxurious and high-rated restaurant you can meet such a bad service of the management.
The rest of the evening was ok though, food was fine, waiters were polite.
Also they don't have any b-day congratulation (like candle in the piece of cake in the end) and around you a lot of people in the "swimsuits" clothing, not very fancy.
