If you’re on the hunt for an unforgettable dining experience in Bali, look no further than Papa Lee's Taiwan Teppanyaki Steak House. Located at Jl. Petitenget No.100 in Kerobokan Kelod, this modern Taiwanese eatery is a cracking discovery that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by the attentive service from our delightful servers. The menu is full of awesome options and culinary delights. We found ourselves diving into a feast that was nothing short of spectacular.

We kicked off our meal with the exceptional king prawns and classic dumplings. These little pockets of joy were filled with a savory blend of shrimp and pork, but what set them apart was that they were steaming hot and bursting with flavor, and we were immediately hooked.

Next up was the classic spicy wonton with pork, which we loved so much that we ordered it two versions! The wontons were perfectly crafted, with a satisfying kick that danced on our palates. Paired with the prawn fried rice, this dish was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left us wanting more.

The fried rice itself was exemplary—each grain cooked to perfection and infused with just the right amount of seasoning. It was the perfect companion to our dumplings, steak, and wontons, creating a symphony of taste that was hard to resist.

As we indulged in our meal, we found ourselves so engrossed in the flavors that we forgot to snap photos of every dish. That's a testament to how captivating the food was! The experience was a delightful journey through Taiwanese cuisine, and we couldn’t help but savor every moment.

Papa Lee's is not just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of modern Taiwanese flavors that caters to both the adventurous and the traditional palate. The cleanliness of the establishment and the kindness of the staff only added to the overall experience. If you find yourself in Bali, make it a point to visit this culinary haven—you won’t be disappointed! We’re already planning our return trip to explore more of their...

Googled for allergy friendly eateries in Seminyak and came across Papa Lee's. We went to the Seminyak No. 14 branch, but it was totally full. One of the staff members helped us contact the branch at Petitenget No. 100 and confirmed they can accommodate my child's multiple good allergies.

Karin helped us with the menu and confirmed with the kitchen the options available. She was super assuring and efficient in getting our orders done. Came along and made sure our child did well with the dishes. Blessed to have met Karin and enabled such a pleasant dining experience.

Food wise, quoting my boy, "We are addicted!" The Braised beef noodle soup was heavenly, with the aromatic spices nothing like we have had before. The braised beef was so tender and flavorful. The teppanyaki spinach and King mushroom were great as well, with a strong hint of quality soy sauce. The Xiao Long Bao, packed full of sweet stock and well marinated pork. These dishes were well received for my child who is allergic to dairy, egg, tree nut, peanut, coconut, fish and shellfish.

Will definitely return when we are back in...

My husband and I are on our honeymoon with our first stop being in Taipei and now Bali. We came across this restaurant by chance and we are so happy we did! This was even better than the dumplings we had in Taiwan! They had a vegetarian version of every item on the menu, which is incredibly hard to find for this cuisine. We ordered the Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wonton, Truffle Shrimp & Pork Xiao Long Bao, Veggie Xiao Long Bao, Noodle With Spicy Sauce, Vege Spicy Wonton, and Teppan-Fried King Mushrooms. My husband said the Truffle Xiao Long Bao was the best he has ever had. The food was bursting with flavor and so reasonably priced. The Veggie Xiao Long Bao had delicious lemongrass broth. The ones we had in Taipei were dry, but not these! The excitement I felt opening the Bao was immense. Putri was a fantastic waitress and ensured we had everything we needed to make our experience perfect! Great atmosphere, food came out quickly, and you can even watch the chefs in action behind a glass wall. Thank you for a...

PaPa Lee's is a wonderful spot in Bali that delivers on flavor and authenticity. The cozy atmosphere and friendly vibe make it a great place to enjoy some truly delicious Taiwanese dishes. I tried the Golden Xiao Long Bao, and they were fantastic—thin, tender dumplings with a flavorful broth inside. The Taiwanese Fried Chicken was perfectly crispy and seasoned just right, making it a real treat. But my favorite had to be the Golden Shrimp Dumplings packed with fresh shrimp and wrapped in a delicate, charcoal skin with gold. Each dish was satisfying and well-prepared. Hari, my server, made the experience even better. She was attentive and knew the menu well, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was just right. Her friendly service added a personal touch to the meal. If you're in Bali and craving Taiwanese food, PaPa Lee's is definitely worth a visit. The food is excellent, and the service from Hari was top-notch. I’ll be back for sure!

I apologise for doubting you guys! As Indonesian spoiled with varieties of noodles from Chinese style, Japanese Ramen to Indomie, this exceed my expectations. The noodle is with the right texture and “al dente”, pork cooked beautifully, the cream is too spicy but it’s so good, I couldn’t stop. Especially when you mixed with the egg yolk, yum!!!!! Service is nice, friendly, quick. I went in at 2AM after today’s NYE party and they welcomed me with open arms. Price is not exorbitant compared with the quality. Portion is okay (not huge, not small, enough). Perhaps it’s Taiwanese style, so they served the noodles with cold vegetables, something different but surprisingly good. Love the carrots, bean sprouts, and whatever else inside. Taste so fresh! Just a bit of input, maybe provide mild spicy and normal spicy. I can take it but I imagine some people cannot. So for broader market who is missing out please do mild spicy.
