Great pastries bread puddings ice creams and everything they sell, just absolutely terrible customer service. I reached out to their sales team, enquiring for the availability of their cheese choco cookies for the next day and was told that i did not need to pre-order as they still got the stock at the shop. Went to the biliton shop the next day to find there was no cheese choco cookies left. I then went ahead and made a pre-order on its Tokopedia (it says on the description that the pre-order time is 5 days), but on the 6th day my order was not even confirmed yet. I reached out to enquire abt my order, and the admin replied (hours later, btw) by rudely accusing me of not reading the product description appropriately as i did not order an extra bubble wrap. The product descripton had 2 links abt the extra bubble wrap, none of which worked! I called the office, asking to be put through the customer service, only to be handled by some operator chick, who constantly interrupted me during my storytelling of the sheer unpleasantness i had been put through. The phone call ended with me asking a whatsapp number so i could send the screenshot of my conversation with both the sales team and the Tokopedia admin. Only a moment after that did i realize that the phone number the chick gave me was not even on whatsapp! (and i did repeat the number she gave me to confirm if i wrote it down correctly). I have been a huge fan of Igor's for years, enjoying their products since i was a kid, but they seriously need to step up their customer service game. Utterly...

Great food! Whether you like Western food or Asian food, there's something here for you. Sandwiches include pastrami, chicken club, and burgers, all served with fries and french-fried onions. Also the lasagna is delicious. Desserts are to die for! Prices are reasonable for this kind of restaurant which has a great atmosphere, and staff who are very warm in their welcome. Saya mencoba varian puding ketan yang katanya adalah varian baru, namun sampai di mobil anak saya mencicipi dan lgs berteriak rasanya basi dan lengket. Ketika sy cium aroma busuk menyengat. Saya kembali masuk ke dalam dan melaporkan hal ini kepada pelayan toko, dan tanpa meminta maaf pelayan toko langsung masuk ke dalam dan menukarkan puding ketan basi saya dgn puding ketan yg baru diambil dari dalam. Krn trauma sy pun mencium kembali puding yg baru tsb dan ternyata masih tercium bau menyengat basi yg sama meski tidak sekuat bau basi puding yg sebelumnya. Namun sy yakin itu bukan taste dan bau puding ketan yg sehat. Sy meminta pelayan toko utk melepas masker sejenak dan coba mencium nya. Namun pelayan toko bersikeras memang spt itu bau puding ketan dan itu diambilkan produk yg baru dari dalam. Pelayan toko berbicara dgn nada kurang ramah dan pelayan toko yg lain terlihat kesal dan tersenyum kecut, membuat saya merasa sangat kesal dgn pelayanan dan kualitas produk toko roti sekelas Igor. Lalu sy kembalikan saja puding tsb dan saya tidak meminta penukaran produk apapun krn saya sangat kecewa dgn sikap dan pelayanan yg ada. Menyaksikan kekesalan saya baru pelayan toko meminta maaf dan menawarkan utk ditukarkan dgn varian produk lain, namun saya menolaknya krn sy terlanjur kesal dgn pelayanan mereka. Seharusnya toko roti sekelas Igor mampu memberikan pelayanan yg Ramah dan bersahabat, serta mau mengakui jika memang ada kualitas produk yg tidak layak dijual kepada konsumen.
