The first time I came when the hotel was still new. I ate here alone at the time, and it wasn't good, food was not hot. Seems like there was no improvement in terms of taste and quality of food. Everything tasted mediocre, soup and tea was just warm, not hot. The satay was cold eventhough they served it on top of a grill charcoal pot. Their oxtail soup was like things you would just toss in the pot from leftover ingredients. Service was almost non existent, when you pay 10% service charge (I ordered ala carte, not their buffet) you would expect someone to at least be around whenever guest need something. But almost no one there. Food came out after almost 45 min to an hour, and the sub par taste added to the injury, and it was quiet, no one dined in beside us. I don't mind to pay high price for good food. But for almost 900K for 4 persons and a Hilton standard? I'll definitely pass. No...

Located in Double Tree Hotel Surabaya. I go for brunch buffet. They have various indonesian food options, if you are indonesian food lover, do try this place. They also have small options for dim sum, salad bar, pasta and various roasted meat. You can find small sashimi and sushi choice, but limited, i dont find something specials in the buffet they offer.
