Tanamera Coffee Trunojoyo — Restaurant in Surabaya

We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, spaghetti carbonara, and beef thai salad. As for the drink, I ordered affogato.

The food is okay, but too pricey. I mean for the same price, I could get more portion and/or better taste somewhere else. The affogato alone, though I admit was very good, costs almost like a full meal.

Maybe I’m just too broke to go to this establishment? 🤔

Aside from the pricing, our experience here was not so good. I don’t know why, the music was blaring so much. It’s annoying because we could hardly had a proper conversation. Especially with mask on so we couldn’t read lips!

Now about the crews. When first seated and given the menu, this one waiter just stood beside our table waiting to take our order. I stated that we need some time to choose, but she just stood there.. It felt kinda awkward.. especially when she started clicking her pen.. click-click-click-click! It was like she implicitly said, “Hurry up yo!”

Also, one waiter passed our table and, as she passed, she just complained that she’s so tired. I understand there are bad days... but is this a normal attitude? 🤷🏻‍♀️

The best coffee in town for me. Tried 3 of their cafes; graha family, trunojoyo, and trans icon. Order flat white, ice latte, pisang goreng and tahu cirenk but I was disapppinted with the pisang goreng and ice latte. I used to have 5 pcs of pisang goreng at graha falimy, trans icon, even at trunojoyo but this time it was only 4 pcs. The staff said depening on the size; sometime we can get 4 or 5 pcs. But looking at the size, there is no diffrences between 4pcs and 5pcs, even the 4pcs size is smaller compare to 5pcs size. Also the ice latte was too milky, taste like "milk with coffee". Very bad attitude of server. We were there still enjoying the coffee while suddenly the lights off even they knew we were still daned there. The worst when others werr comin, the light went on again daned, Seriously?. The wifi was bad. It was on and off all the time. Even i had registered and verified. I didnt know. May be they just wanted me to leave. Not recommended place. The price?... Well just go to star.... Or exc... They serve it better.

I have called the number you have given... There is no response.. i know it was just for a gimmick to show that u care.. but you don't... And i know right know where the bad attitude comes...
