Italo Pizza Cafe & Mart — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

I went for dinner and the food was excellent. The problem with this place is the customer service afterwards. Unfortunately I was charged twice for our meal as the cashier told me the transaction did not work the first time. I came back to get a solution as soon as I realised (I was leaving the island the same day so could not stay longer to solve the issue) I went there the next morning and the staff did not know what to do, did not offer me a solution, they said the boss was sleeping. I asked for an email or a phone number to contact them and I did, I texted the phone number they gave me and I even tried to contact them through instagram but have not received a response yet. Pizza is even good, after a week in Indonesia it was nice to find some familiar flavors. The dough was well risen and overall it was tasty. What is really terrible and unforgivable is the service, very neglecting, forgetful and rude, it took me 20 mins to get the menu after asking multiple times, I asked for a big bottle of water and it arrived without a glass, had to wait other 15 mins to get one, the glass was smelling and tasting like soap, the little glass bottle with the chili oil inside (or something similar to that) was not closed properly and it was dripping on the table, the waiter was literally not caring about people sitting inside but just walking...

The pizza was very basic and the vegetables fell off as soon as slice was picked. The staff were eccentric and a bit cocky. The order was ready within 15 minutes. They charged an additional 2% on card payment which absolutely no one else did on the island. Price wise the pizza was enough in size and pretty filling, so if you do not mind the taste, the pizza will be filling for 2 people after a long snorkeling trip. They have plenty of seating on the ground floor as well as the first floor, however no air conditioning. On the ground floor they have a mart at the back with decent amount of items and fridges.
