Good little Warung. The lunch should be 25k with rice and 5 dishes, and the dinner should be 30k for the same. There are lots of extras like fried spring rolls or boiled eggs etc that are cheap also.
The pricing did seem a bit inconsistent- we were frequently charged more than the above despite those definitely being the cost. Also one of the ladies is super friendly and helpful, and the other in the hijab is the opposite. She gives the smallest meanest portions - like half of what the other lady gives. And it is a proper warung- that means most of the dishes will be cold, and there may be flies buzzing around. The flavours are delicious though and we didnât get sick at all.

   Read moreSuper authentic local food! The Nasi Campur without chicken was 35k, which was probably the tourist price. Very tasty and nice to try different flavours and textures in one dish. Also donât skip the tasty prepackaged desserts out the front, 5k a box.
The owner can be a bit surly by Indonesian standards, however I also saw a Western tourist be shockingly rude and entitled to one of her staff!
A younger staff member I interacted with was lovely.
By the way they didnât speak English.

   Read moreThis is the place where local people eat. As a tourist, you need to be careful to not get food poisoning: only eat when food is fresh eat only the amount you feel your body needs wait a few days after coming back again
Locals say they cook fresh food around 10am and 7pm, but I'm not completely sure since I wasn't able to double check it.
You can choose anything and make your own Nasi Campur under 25k.
They also sell my favorite dessert Dadar Gulung, the famous Indonesian green pancake filled with coconut. (Price is 5k for 3 pieces) Hovewer first time we paid triple the price for some reason, when the lady served us who doesn't speak English....
