My girlfriend and I came here to eat, it seemed fine at first. But I already could see problems because they were taking orders from multiple tables after each other without going to the kitchen, but "hey it'll be fine" I thought... But it WASN'T.

It started off with only getting 1 drink to our table and we had to ask the staff MULTIPLE times about our 2nd drink before it finally came.

Next our food, it took a very long time before getting the food... but... Again only 1 dish was served, where the hell was mine??? Also here we had to ask several times about the 2nd dish, until our waiter came to our table claiming we only ordered 1 dish (my girlfriend's), mine wasn't written down and thus completely forgotten.

Not only that... We were apparently not the only ones having problems... There were 2 tables next to us, close enough so I could here conversations. And apparently BOTH tables had the same problems we had... Half of their order being forgotten, drinks and/or food... I can understand if a mistake happened once to write an order, but for EVERY TABLE? Come on guys, you have a pen and paper and couldn't get 1 table right...

What to say about Firda apart from its majestic and quality homemade food. The family who attend the place is so nice and sweet. Taking into account that as being in Indonesia for almost a month and after trying in many places curry I've got to say that the best one I tried was there. The special curry I highly recommend. Don't waste your time if you see these message trying to find a good place to eat go straight and forget about the other ones, I repeat best curry and prices are accordingly to what is should be expected in Indonesia.
