Rang and booked in 3 for dinner on Saturday. We arrived and were put in the back bar function room where a underage football team were having an awards ceremony. The microphone was loud and when we asked for an explanation we were told the restaurant was also booked for another function. The seats weren't looking very clean too in the room so we left. Why take a booking if you are book up. The person who we spoke to was very nice and embarrassed about it. She was a plus but she couldn't do anything.
