This cool little tapas bar and cafe is welcoming and super bright during the day and cozy in the evening.
The cafe/ tapas bar has a bit of everything for everyone. They have sandwiches, snackes, and a number of sweets.
They are dog/ small pet friendly.
There's plenty of seating outside and inside.
The owners are super friendly and knowledgable about coffee, wine, and their products. They support the local community by ordering their produce and products from other reliable vendors.
This cafe is wheelchair accessible. What seems, to be the "main door" to the cafe, there is "a step." You need to go a bit further and there is a door that is wheelchair accessible.
So, it is easy to mistaken that the shop isn't exactly wheelchair accessible; eventhough, the cafe itself is easy to move around and get around inside the shop. The bathroom and the main seating area is very accessible.
There is wheelchair accessible parking nearby.
Recently, GoBus and AirCoach have moved the bus stop. The bus stop is directly in front of their shop. Out of courtesy buy yourself a coffee, sandwich, or something then ask to use the toilet.
They are a business. Please treat their restaurant as a business.

Read moreI am a Dutch citizen who has lived in Ireland for years and I have never experienced this low level of service. Worse place ever. Maybe nice food and quality wines but after a 3+ hours travelling I decided to have a late lunch or early dinner there with wine and tappa's before I was going to my friends house. Average spending 50+ 100+ euro with good tappa's and wine was the planning.
I come in, ask for a table. The waiter said. You travel with a suitcase. Those people need to sit outside on the teras. All the teras outside were already booked full but no people (just messages resevate) and a few people. Inside was empty with employees using the table.
Never again. I told my friends and colleagues too. This is no service. Where should I have left my suitcase? In a station locker? Not getting it.
It was 1 small suitcase on a weekday in a nearly empty place.
I was not looking for a place to wait for a bus or train as I took a train from Dublin and plan to go into the city and meet friends. I only had myamall suitcase and rucksack. If I wanted a bus stop cafe I would stay on the station. But I looked for a place to have a full dinner.
What did I do wrong? Nice welcome to Cork.
A restaurant for people that do not have any idea about hospitality...
Read moreGlad to see Iâm not the only one one that thinks the cashier is extremely rude. Didnât even get a chance to order something his attitude stunk and no customer service whatsoever! Wouldnât give them a cent if thatâs how they treat their customers.
Replying back to your response: your door was wide open and you were very rude about how you told me how it was closed - I mentioned you shouldnât have the door open when I was walking out as itâs difficult to see the sign and you had nothing but a very bad attitude. Even if you were open I wouldnât give you my money. People make mistakes and you should 100% get off your high horse as I was nothing but nice and apologetic when you said it was closed. You ran down the stairs towards me as if I was a criminal about to rob everything in your restaurant. I appreciate industry workers but donât appreciate lack of respect for people, and making people feel belittled over a silly mistake. Next time if closed, just lock your doors and you wonât need to get stressed over people coming in. (Also, keep in mind some people have a hard time...
