Very very bad service the place is fine the food was OK But the service I never see a service like that, there were a tall guy there the minute he saw us he just cross his face and turned to angry face, he publicly shows as that we are not welcome in the place, we just make our order eat quickly and left the place 03/ 01/24 Dear Sir You replied tomy post, a agree with some of your comments but didn't agree that I have accused him of over charges, no no no brother I just asked him a question and he answered me, and that was after we sat down and passed our order, I agree that the first time we went we were satisfied otherwise we will not come back that true But the second time I was really embarrassed, I never been served like this in a Halal restaurants before, I know all Halal restaurants in cork Dublin and most in Belfast , I love restaurants it part of my interest but never been like saw this. Anyway good luck with your employee And hop this will never happen to others...

I am from “out of town”. Went for a meal with my family. We were asked to wait whilst the restaurant was virtually empty! However whilst we were not familiar with the Moroccan meal, the waiter made no suggestion or recommendation when asked about menu and wait kind of meal one could expect. After taking a chance with the non descriptive menu we ordered what read exotic. After having hardly finished our meal the plates were cleared off the table. No questions asked or any exchange of decency, we asked if we wanted to pay cash or pay by card.I told the waiter could we two minutes please. That we were given and within two minutes the same waiter came out from behind the curtains and said “ have you finished and will you pay by cash or credit.” My family were taken surprised by waiters attitude throughout the evening. We really got the message and paid the bill of 78 euro for not so good meal and left. Not worth a visit...

A potentially very nice restaurant, good ambience, but the hooka lounge kills it, because it is not separated. When you enter the restaurant, first thing you walk through the smoke plumes and when you leave it, it's the last thing you smell. The waiter smells like it, too, and some of the smoke makes it all the way to the back of the dining hall. Yuck! Friendly waiter, large good options. The food was ok, but the Taouk chicken was dry and overcooked, the sauce totally overpowering and sweet, didn't leave much to taste the chicken. And the restaurant is dry, no alcohol is served. Maybe that's normal in Ireland, but I found it disappointing that I couldn't have a beer with my food.

Had a few hours to burn before flight out. Had not eaten since lunchtime found this place around 6pm. A wonderful experience. The food was out of this world. The flavours were abundant. I had no reservation and after being seated in the shisha lounge for 3-4 minutes with a menu, I was shown to my table in the restaurant. I ordered lamb shawarma starter (see pic) followed by lamb tagine(see pic) with side of mixed olives. Service was very efficient, I was not waiting at all. The food was definitely 8.5 out of 10. I will definitely return.

I want to say it was a perfect experience, the food was some of the best I ate in Cork, I even say in Ireland. And I can't thank you enough for the service. It was my husband's birthday, and they made us feel really good. and we bought a shisha, which has been the entertainment of our nights with friends. Thanks so much for this moment
