Absolutely appalling service tonight I would not return and not recommend terrible customer service by a man that called himself Mr.O’Sullivan very unpleasant man I would like to think I am very polite well mannered well dressed and I don’t see how we got cut off and removed from the property very unprofessionally we sat outside area group of 6. 2 people that were not drinking that we were with not drinking at-all due to them driving we had a table booked and when we finished or food went up to everyone else would ye like to come inside finally came up to us and said “Are ye finished up or what lads” went to next table do ye want to come inside I thought that was very disrespectful which it is and after a few more drinks keeping to ourselfs not loud dressed respectfully having a good time he finally came over to us ye are cut off now lads not giving us a reason and mentioning ye are going to have to build up trust I don’t know ye then I mentioned to him do you know everyone else in bar he didn’t know what to say went up to him by myself and said to him It was very disrespectful what u said awhile ago asking everyone to come in bar us and didn’t know what to say said 2 mins walked away never came back I will not be returning and will not be recommending it to anyone I have also friends previously that worked in there and also mentioned he is not a nice man to work for at-all will not be returning I would...

Will NEVER darken the door again.... We ate here as a family party of ten on the October Bank Holiday Sunday. Our booking was for 4.15. We were seated and ordered our drinks straight away followed by our food 10 minutes later. At 5.30 there was still no sign of our food, so it was brought to the attention of Donal (the proprietor).. He aggressively dismissed our complaint with a comment "it's a busy Sunday, you're going to be waiting" as he walked away. An acknowledgement of the extended wait time would have sufficed. Our food was eventually served 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering.. When it came to paying the bill... It was again mentioned how offended we were by Donal's dismissive attitude and he replied with the comment "you don't need me and I don't need you". The pure and utter arrogance of Donal ruined what should have been a lovely family meal. We were all in agreement we will never again spend a cent in his establishment... Especially given that "he doesn't need customers". Just going off the other Google reviews this clearly isn't the first time he has treated his customers with the disrespect he treated our party with. If i could give no stars i would What a disgrace of a place.. I was here on NY eve and was having a great time until I was escorted out by one of your security staff because I confronted a lady for mocking me on the dance floor.! While I was being escorted out I repeatedly asked kindly for the security guard not to touch me As I was not drunk and was willing to corporate,with this I asked if I could see his ID as he was not wearing anything he replied “I’m Management I don’t need ID” and kept on pushing and said “you better move or I will hurt you”. Then after I was outside another bald headed security guard from the cat walk was laughing and pushing me. He also told me to take my hands off him or else I will be sorry but in fact it was his college touching him then he realised and started laughing because he felt embarrassed. I repeatedly ask to speak to a manager to get everything sorted. Finally the manger(Donal) came out and said he had no time to speak to me, even though a member of his staff had wrongfully caught me and pinned my two arms together.
