A friend hosted a party there recently and the bartender, Alan, was so attentive and made sure everything was perfect!! He checked in on us every so often and took quick action if we needed anything. Whatever he’s getting paid, it’s not enough. GIVE ALAN A RAISE!! Also, Alan should teach classes on “how to be a good boyfriend” because, wow, our day was made so much easier with him being there to help us! I had a birthday party at the gaia recently and I couldn't recommend it more. The Gaia has the perfect combination of the buzz and atmosphere of a club and the intimacy and social aspect of a pub.The venue is gorgeous but what made it stand out was the outstanding service and staff : Allen, John and Darren made sure myself and my party were all well taken care of and took the time to have a bit of banter with us in between it all. What an amazing cocktail bar! If you are in the area (or even if you are not), make it out for these top of the line cocktails. The espresso martini was next level, especially with the caramel in it.
