Supermac's & Papa John's Oranmore — Restaurant in County Galway

I live close by and I used this place long enough that the staff know me ,and they are excellent, except for one, when I complained to him about his treatment of a disabled person,the person with the disability just left without his order because he asked for, meal b which is 2 fries 2 drinks 1 pizza,and he asked for cheese burger meal which comes with fries and a drink ,the employee then started asking ''did he just want the burger'' because fries and drinks already are in meal b ,the customer then left because his order was being confused unnecessarily. I said he always makes the same order and all the other staff get it right,but this staff member always gets it wrong ,only for the parent to make the order for for the disabled child,which defeats the purpose because he was trying to train the child to make an order by themselves.When I pointed out that he is the only one that can't understand the order ,he frantically banged his fingers of the counter and shouted ''he has to know his order ,he has to know his order,''.I said you could try harder to help him understand you or you could have given him the order that he asked for and not confuse him, like all the other members always do without a problem but you seem to have a problem and only you everytime he orders from you,again he bangs his fingers and said, I would not be served again,I just left ,I was thinking to myself they really need to vet...

If I could give less than one star I would. (TDLR: Food poisoning and disgusting toilets)

Today, at 17:50pm we walked in and ordered. First time in almost a year, and for good reason. Hoping things would have changed. Sadly it has not. This was my last straw with Supermacs in Oranmore.

Where do I start? As my husband was ordering and my eldest waited at our tables, I had to quickly go to the toilets. It is by FAR the most disgusting toilets I've come across on the entire island! It looks like no one has cleaned them since the very first time I visited in 2019. Thankfully, the only difference today was that there was actually toilet paper.

The food came, the staff was and for the most part have always been pleasant. The kids ate all theirs, and so did my husband (to their now regret) I barely touched my chicken as it was dry and didn't taste right, but put that aside as due to medical reasons.

As of this moment, I have a 2 year old throwing up severely with diarrhea as a bonus. He never throws up. The rest of us all feeling sick.

made a visit to supermacs I orabmore today and also last Sunday. the only way I can describe the place is filthy, therecwas a guy sweeping the floor when I arrived and it looked like it had not been swept all day there was that much dirt. all the tables were unclean. I ordered my food and it was brought to me on the still dirty table. when I asked for the table to be cleaned the girl just walked away and when I called her again she turned back and said I will do it in a minute - what a way to talk to a customer. I noticed this same girl last week- preparing pizza with bare hands. the food was good. when I finished I needed the loo and I said to myself will I chance it cause it the dirt of the tables in anything to go by the toilet will be s sight! but I needed it so did. first impressions were ok - floor was clean. then after using the facility I discover no paper do had to ask for some and then discover the sink is filthy and there is no soap. this place should be given a...
