Fresh but not very authentic for Japanese food. Yakitori was very disappointing. The sauce was thin and lacked flavor, and the chicken was dry - not browned, sticky, and tasty (I would not have served this had I cooked it at a dinner party). The pork gyoza had more black pepper than ginger, garlic, and spring onion. The chicken in the ramen was dry and did not seem marinated, and the ramen featured carrots, courgettes, and red capsicum instead of pak choi (I found one 1 inch piece) or Asian vege. The ramen soup was not rich in flavor and was unseasoned. All of this might have been OK, but the delivery time was unacceptable - almost 2 hours. I know it was the day after St Stephen's Day, but I feel the restaurant should not take orders if they can fulfill them promptly. If they do take their time - cool. Just ACE the food. 3rd time to order so I think it's time enough to share my thoughts. Faultless.. 3 times in a row. Cant speak for any fish dishes I dont like fish apart from that it's the type of Asian food you dream about. Clean fresh tasty flavourful food. A good test of what a decent asian restaurant is about is simple. Side dish of asian stir fried veg. Fresh crunchy well seasoned selection simply done, truly delicious. It's a real show of care. Yeesh. Where do I start. Ordered food off of Uber Eats. There were no updates until the restraunt called me and informed me the delivery driver had been trying to call me for fifteen minutes and that my phone wouldn’t accept calls. (Then how are you calling me?) They said they would send another driver to come deliver the food so I waited outside for another 45 minutes and then gave up.
